The Unwanted Wife

It was Sebastian and Elena's wedding day.

The whole city was invited. Although Sebastian was against it, his grandmother blackmailed him again for a grand wedding.

Sebastian was standing at the aisle waiting for his so called unwanted bride Elena.

Soft music was playing in the background.

Sebastian wanted to run away from here but he just couldn't and as if it wasn't bad enough, he had to fake a smile on his face because the bullshit media were there. He did not want the media to write something shit which would ruin his reputation.

Stella his grandmother was standing beside Sebastian.

Just then everyone's eyes fell on his bride who was walking towards Sebastian with her dad.

When they came closer, Sebastian forwarded his hand towards his so called bride.

Elena looked at Sebastian being so nervous and put her hand on his.

The Bishop started reading his book and everyone took their seat.

The Bishop looked towards the couple and spoke up,

"Do, you Sebastian Knight,

Take Elena Marshall

To be your wife,

To have and to hold,

From this way forward,

For better, for worse,

For richer, for poorer,

In sickness and in health,

To love and to cherish,

Till death, do you apart?"

Sebastian looked at Elena with pure hatred and disgust. He never thought in his worst imagination that one day he would marry a middle-class girl. He looked at his so-called bride then spoke up, "I do." And smiled evilly at her.

The Bishop then looked towards Elena and spoke up,

"Do you Elena Marshall,

Take Sebastian Knight,

To be your husband,

To have and to hold,

From this way forward,

For better, for worse,

For richer, for poorer,

In sickness and in health,

To love and to cherish,

Till death, do you apart?"

Elena looked towards her would-be husband and spoke up, "I do."

The Bishop then gave them the wedding ring and they slipped it into each other's hand.

"Now, you both are husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."

Sebastian felt like beating the shit out of this Bishop for saying this bullshit. He did not want to kiss this low class gold digger girl. But as always he was helpless at this moment.

Sebastian pulled Elena to his chest and removed her veil when his eyes went widen in shock.

"Beautiful. So beautiful" His heart said but it was useless because she was nothing but a gold digger.

Sebastian bent down and pecked on her lips and moved back immediately.

Everyone cherished the couple.

Elena threw her flower bouquet and a girl held it with happiness.

Later at night

In the Room

Elena's POV

I was sitting on a king-size bed, waiting for my husband. Soon I heard the door opening sound. I looked through my veil and saw him walking towards me. My heart started beating faster. My hands were shaking in nervousness. When he stood near the bed, I looked down being shy and nervous.

But the next moment he fisted my hair and dragged me from the bed.

Ahhhh...I cried in pain. Tears roll down on my cheeks.

"Why is he hurting me?" My heart whispered..

I looked at him as he left my hair and slapped me hard on my cheek. The force was hard and unexpected. I fell on the ground.

Without saying anything, he again fisted my hair and snatched the veil roughly from my head. That veil was attached with my hair. I cried out in pain again when my few strands of hair came out with the veil.

He made me look at him and spoke up with pure disgust and hatred," You freaking whore, gold digger bitch. How dare you sit on my bed? What do you think of yourself? Do you think by marrying me, you will get my limitless money, a luxurious life? Then no. Freaking no. I will make your life hell. You will plead to me to divorce you. But then I will never give you divorce. You want a luxurious life, right? Now see what luxury I store for you!" He said and slapped me again.

I feel blood in my tongue. I look at him weakly and spoke up, "B...but I a..am yo..your wi..wife"

Hearing this he started laughing. I looked at him with pain.

"Wife? Like seriously, you are considering your ugly self as my wife? The multimillionaire Sebastian Knight's wife! Listen you are nothing but a gold digger. How much I wish you have seen your ugly self before considering your worthless self as my wife! Your face isn't worth to spat upon you fucking whore. This marriage is nothing to me. You are nothing to me.

You are just a low-class girl. How can you even think you can be my wife? You don't even fit as my maid. Have you even seen this type of clothes in your entire life?" He asked me pointing at my wedding dress.

The dress is designed with diamond and gold.

"What I am saying? Your full family never saw this type of dress even in their dream. You are not worthy to wear this dress you bitch" He shouted and started undressing me.

"Please leave me. Please... what are you doing? Please I beg you. Please stop. Please don't do it" I begged him but he slapped and kicked me hard in return.

He forcefully removed the dress along with the all jewelry, even he snatched the wedding ring from my hand and kicked me once again.

I felt numb. Today I was truly feeling worthless. I was feeling ashamed of myself today. Today I lost the only thing I had. Dignity.

He fisted my hair again. But this time I didn't cry out in pain. He dragged me out of the room and pushed me on the ground then shut the door at my face.

I sat against the wall and hugged my legs. Every single vein of my body is screaming in pain. But my heart is numb. Totally numb....
