Cavallo was irritating before, but now he is pissing me off. He is getting desperate now. I felt sorry for Lainey. She and Sian were good friends; I could tell she was worried. I was incredibly happy for her and Uncle Liam. Shit, it just dawned on me that she would be my aunt. Not sure if I will ever get used to calling her Aunt Lainey. I giggle when I think about it. She gave me a look the first time I called her that. I thought she was going to hit me, but she didn’t. Uncle Liam thought it was hilarious.

“You have been very giggly. Why is that?” Luca asks.

“I just realised that Lainey is going to be my aunt. For some reason I think that is funny.” I admit.

Luca lets out a chuckle when I tell him this. I start laughing with him; this is how Rico and Viktor find us as we sit in Luca’s office. I am pretty sure that Rico thinks we have lost our minds.
