"I went to see your mother..Ariel, the thing is.. your mother's spirit is still lurking around and I'm the only one that sees her. She has tried multiple times to make you see her whenever you go to the garden but it doesn't work. She had always wanted me to tell you something but I had to wait till you're old enough" Resa continued

"So what you're saying is the reason why I go to that garden is because my mother is calling out to me because she had always wanted to tell me something?" Ariel asked in realization and Resa nodded

"Hmmm...so what's has she always wanted to tell me?" Ariel said and Resa sighed before answering

"I don't really think you are ready for what you are going to hear Ariel."

"It's fine. Tell me" the girl said with curiosity in her eyes. Resa rubbed the back of her neck and finally made the decision "Okayy...Ariel your mum was a witch" Resa said and the girl beside her froze and was lost in thoughts

"Ariel?" Resa called out to her but got no reply.

"Ariel?" Resa said shaking her this time

"How?" Ariel asked and Resa answered "We can't really control or change what we are meant to be Ariel"

"What do you mean by we?" Ariel said glaring at the woman beside her

"Ohhh Ariel...I'm a vampire and since your mother was a witch, you are one too" Resa said and Ariel looked frustrated and worked up.

"Before your mother died, she cast an eternal spell on you. It's a spell of protection. That's why you see, a light always appears anytime Micheal wants to attack you. Your mother knew that after her death, that damned witch will come after you" Resa continued and Ariel was just simply awestruck. She never expected that she would or she was a witch.

A creature she hated. She slammed her forehead with her hand as she sighed. "So what do I do now?. 'Cause it seems Mike would never stop attacking me until I die" Ariel said and Resa answered "Ariel, I know you are scared of Sebastian, but the only option now...is to live with him!"

What?!?!?! Live with Sebastian?!?!. She was scared of that guy. Though, not as much as she was scared of Mike but...she was really scared of the unknown part of Sebastian...his dark side.

"Why?!" Ariel asked and Resa rubbed Ariel's head as she replied "Sebastian is the only person those witches are afraid of. If they know you live with him, they'll reduce their attacks because they don't want to die."

"The witches are afraid of Sebastian?" Ariel asked and Resa nodded. That means..... Sebastian is either more powerful than them or more dangerous than they are. Ariel thought and fear gripped her. "What if Sebastian finds out I am a witch, won't he kill me?" Ariel asked and Resa chuckled and answered "He already knows you are a witch Ariel, just do I as I have told you okay...live with Sebastian".

After few minutes of deep thinking, Ariel finally agreed but she had to ask "What about my grandma? Can she live alone?" Resa replied, "Your grandma would be fine" and Ariel decided to calm down a little and put her hope in Sebastian and Resa.

Unbeknownst to her, that the woman had other plans as to staying with Sebastian other than just ensuring Ariel's safety.

Back in X & Y Corporation.

In the Ceo's office...

"Dave, prepare a room for a woman before I get home" Sebastian said to the man at the other side of the phone.

"Ok sir" the man said and Sebastian ended the call.

Looking at the time now, it was minutes past noon. Sebastian walked out of his office and two big men followed him and they entered the elevator and soon, was out of the company....
