Chapter seven

Andra Pov 

After having a run and gisting about who Ariana spec would be , Andra returned to her parents house around 8 pm.

"Hi mom"

"Hello my pumpkin, how's Andra doing" her mom said as she hugged her and kissed both cheeks.

"She's doing pretty good , very good in fact"

Catherine gave her daughter a knowing look asking what they were up to now.

" Common on mum, don't give me the look" Andra said laughing.

"You two are always up to something mischievous."Catherine said with a smile.

"What about dad? Haven't seen him since I got back."

"Yea he's out training with some of the pack members." 

" Okay, I'll go join him"

" You really need to cut back on the training, otherwise you'll lose all your shape and look like a man." 

Andra laughed out loud and went outside to join her father.

'She's growing up, way too fast in fact" Catherine thought to herself and smiled.

" Hey dad , good evening"

" Good evening pumpkin" Armand said with delight at the sight of his daughter. " How was your day and how's Ariana and Jack (Ariana's father)?"

" They are fine, dad. Alpha Jack sends his regards to you. He said you owe him a ball game." 

Armand laughed heartily and said ," he's right , I do owe him a game . The last one we played was a tie so there has to be a rematch. I'll find time during this week and go to visit him." 

" Okay dad, what are you guys doing, I want to join in. "

" We are focusing on aerobic fitness, the young pups need to learn how to control their heart rate for a long time as well as maintaining the normal level of oxygen. "

" Oh, that's true . There are about a hundred and fifty pups read for training. It's better to train them young so it doesn't cost them in the future."

" Exactly. They would be doing twenty push ups, burpee for ten minutes , squats for ten minutes and jogging on the spots for ten minutes. Then they have twenty minutes to rest and they do the exercise again. "

" How many times would they do it?"

" Three times within the morning and in the evenings before nine pm. They would soon be done with the evening round." 

" But what about those going to School? How would they cope with the morning round?"

" Everything in this world requires sacrifice darling. They would wake up very early in the morning and begin their training. Those who are going to school have to finish and get ready before eight am so they have to have been awake from five pm. Their period of rest would reduce though, but it's worth it."

" I'm so glad I'm graduating this year. Else I would be missing a lot of sleep." Armand laughed out and said," Oh darling, you would still be missing a lot of sleep because I've chosen you to supervise them."

" Wait , what!" Andra was in shock because only the Alpha supervises the training and those he assigns. But him giving it to her to assign means he's already teaching her to become an alpha. 'Am I ready to learn the alpha ways..... Of course I am , I was born for this.'

" You really want me to supervise them?"

"Yes Andra , you're the future alpha, and you're clocking eighteen soon. You should start to learn the rules of being an alpha.

"I won't let you down father" Andra was beaming with joy. Although a part of her was nervous but she knew she could do this...... Even though she had to sacrifice her sleep from now on.

Armand went into the house and Andra started her duties. She began commanding the upcoming teenagers on their exercises as well as calming those who weren't getting it.

Andra noticed a little girl sitting by a tree all by herself while others were training. She walked over to meet her. "What's your name little girl" 

"My name is Emily miss"

"Oh no , call me Andra."

"Why aren't you with the others training ? Is everything alright?"

"I can't seem to get the exercises . They are too hard. I always run out of breathe within the first five minutes."

" How old are you Emily?"

" I'm twelve years old"

" That's good. I started my training at six years old . Do you know what I started with? "

" No"

" I started with holding my breath. I would hold my breath for at least two minutes . I later increased it to three , four and then to five . Now I can hold my breath for more than five minutes."

" Wow , that's seems so hard"

' It actually isn't. Once you learn how to control your breath, learning The remaining exercises won't be an issue. So right now I want you to learn how to hold your breath. Try to hold it for a minute"

Emily proceeded immediately to hold her breath.

" Wait, stop. You do not start immediately. You have to inhale deeply and exhale. Then you take enough air into your lungs and hold it in. Try it "

Emily took a deep breath and let it out. Then she took another deep breath and held it in.

Andra started a countdown to sixty. She had gotten to forty five when Emily let out the air she had been holding in saying she couldn't hold it any more. She began breathing heavily but Andra stopped her.

"If you keep breathing that way , you won't be able to train your lungs. You also have to be able to control the after effect. Now take a deep breath again and try again."

After several tries , Emily could successfully hold her breath for a minute.

" That's beautiful," Andra told her with a smile. " Now keep trying when you get home , okay?"

" I definitely will " Emily was beaming with joy because she had gotten at least some exercise right.

Andra turned to the rest of the little pups who were training, " Training is over for today. We will meet tomorrow morning at five am."

She heard a lot of groaning and she smiled. " Don't worry , I'm also leaving my sleep , I should be the one groaning."

They all immediately apologized when they realized their actions were out of line.

Andra smiled and accepted their apology and told them all to eat well and sleep early. Andra went home wondering what her parents had cooked.

"I really hope she meets her mate immediately. It would be a really good thing for her. She deserves all the happiness in the world." Catherine said to her mate.

"You're right my love. I'm sure the moon goodness would give her ,her mate, immediately on her birthday."

"I know she eyes Robert. It would be really wonderful if they are both mated . It would be like a match made from heaven."

Armand laughed and wrapped his hands around his wife, " Anyone who her mate would be , I would accept , as long as she's happy. That's the most important thing."

"That's true darling." Catherine looked at her husband's lips filled with desire and longing . Armand smelt her wetness in the air and kissed her lips slowly . Sucking gently on her lips , licking away her lipstick with pleasure. 

His hand went to her left breast and squeezed it. Their kissing intensified. Catherine pulled Armand close to her and hugged him tightly while still maintaining their lips locking. Armand carried her onto the slab and Catherine wrapped her legs around him. Her wetness filled the air and the scent alone drove Armand crazy with desire.

He was now squeezing each breast. He started unbuttoning her shirt and her pink bra was revealed. He raised the cup of her left bra down and her bright pink nipple was revealed. He rubbed her nipples and Catherine gasped with pleasure. She began moaning and her hand moved to Armand's erection. Armand began sucking her nipple slowly and increased in a short pace.

They were rubbing against each other , pleasuring themselves when they heard footsteps on the front porch. They quickly wore their dresses and adjusted themselves.

Catherine gave her husband a peck on the cheek and whispered to him, " We'll finish this later" she winked at him and continued cooking. 

Armand smiled at her, thinking how lucky he was that his mate was as naughty as him. 

Andra entered and smiled knowing through the atmosphere that something intense had been going on. Part of her training is to know how to differentiate smells. Her mother's pleasure scent was filled in the parlor so it was easy for her to know something happened. She entered the kitchen and saw her parents.

"I don't really mind anything but I hope I won't be eating my future younger sibling" Ariana said with a big smile on her face. Her parents laughed out loud and Armand said, " Don't worry, you came way too early for that to happen at all".

"Armand!" Catherine gave her mate a light smack on the arm cautioning him but Armand just laughed , pecked his mate and went upstairs to his office.
