Kieran walked down the hallway and turned the corner, arriving at the staircase that overlooked the grand living room and the large double doors. He descended the stairs, passing by the couch where Daisy sat watching a cartoon. As he passed, she quietly stood and began trailing behind him.

He pulled the door open and stepped outside. Unnoticed, Daisy slipped through after him.

As he stepped out, he stopped in his tracks.

Ahead, by the gate, two maids and several of his men stood clustered together, their attention fixed on the visitors beyond.

Kieran moved down the stone steps toward them, Daisy still following. As he neared, the maids and men turned, stepping aside to make way.

Standing outside the gate were Stacy, Calista, and Jaden. Kieran's gaze lingered on Jaden, whose expression was unreadable. But when their eyes met, something unsettling flickered in Jaden’s stare.

Stacy spoke first. “Good afternoon, sir. Sorry to bother you—it’s just that we haven’t seen Genesis and—”

Kieran stared at the pool doors, where he had unmistakably heard voices echoing earlier. But he wasn’t going to deal with that right now. That could wait.Instead, he looked down at Genesis—her chest rising and falling in heavy breaths, her back pressed firmly against his front. Though he had just finished fucking her, he could already feel himself stirring again. He pressed his face into the curve of her neck, his large left hand gliding up to caress and squeeze her breast. She didn’t resist. She simply leaned back into him, resting her head on his shoulder as she gazed up at the moonlight. He pulled back slightly to look at her face, watching the way the silver glow danced in her eyes. His heart clenched. She was so damn beautiful. And she was his.He couldn’t believe he’d once considered rejecting her—just because she wasn’t his usual type. Now, the mere thought of not having her made his chest ache like madness creeping in.His hand left her breast, gliding up the smooth slope of

Damon’s face was close to hers, eyes dark and feral.“Now,” he snarled, “give me one good reason why I shouldn’t slice your fucking throat open.”Rev’s heart pounded, a mix of anger and fear tightening in her chest—not fear of him exactly, but of the dagger pressed far too close to her neck. One wrong move and she knew Fang wouldn’t hesitate. She wasn’t about to die by her own dagger in his hands. If anyone was going to die, it’d be him by hers. And she couldn’t blow her cover. She wasn’t supposed to know how to fight. She was supposed to be a poor orphan girl—taken in by Eliana, whom she’d met in the fish market and begged for work. That was her story. If she so much as lifted a knee to kick his smug ass, it would all fall apart. So she took a slow breath, her eyes flicking from the sharp glint of her dagger to the man holding it. She knew she should cry. Beg. Plead. Say she wasn’t spying on Knight and Genesis. But when she opened her mouth, something else slipped out.“You have no r

Revelation couldn’t sleep. She lay on the bed, staring at the ceiling, trying to count sheep—or at least pretending to. What really kept her awake was the weight of what Cady and Mia had told her. She had truly believed Knight let her go of his own will. Not because he was kind—no, she wasn’t that naive. Knight was a heartless killer. She knew that all too well. But part of her thought maybe, just maybe, he believed her when she said she didn’t mean to harm his wife. She should’ve known better. Knight was a psychopath.Everything about him was a lie—the blood he spilled on the floor, the charming front he wore online, the illusion of being some internet-famous Casanova. Sure, he barely posted anymore since Genesis came into his life, but that didn’t matter. It was the fact that she ever believed any part of it that fueled her anger now.And to make it worse, now Damon—The Black Fang—had his eyes on her. That could ruin everything.Pretending to be someone else around the Angels was al

Revelation’s face was set in a deep frown as she sat on the bed, staring hard at the wall. Her jaw shifted as she moved her mouth around, trying to ease the pain.“Why do you keep doing that? If that wall could move, it would've run away by now from your glare,” Mia said, glancing up from her phone.Cady, who was unstrapping jet knives from her thigh and slipping them under her bed, turned toward them.“Yeah, ever since you got back, you’ve been scowling like someone stole your soul.”Revelation looked at both of them, her eyes cold. “Why wouldn’t I? That bastard had the audacity to treat me like some fucking criminal.”Mia stood, eyes wide, while Cady turned fully to face her. “Why would you say that? The boss has his flaws, sure, but he’s not a bastard. He gave us all a chance when we had none.”Rev could tell they weren’t happy with her words. But she just rolled her eyes. “Relax. I wasn’t talking about Knight. I was talking about his second-in-command.”Both girls visibly relaxed.

  • The Womanizer's Mute Wife    I Want to Be Their Reckoning

GENESIS“Do you want revenge, princess?”I stared up at him. My heart pounded in my chest. That word—revenge—I knew it well. I'd even asked Miss Melissa to explain it to me just last week. She had, in a quiet voice, eyes full of caution. And now… he was asking me that. But the real question was the one I needed to ask myself.Do I want it?Do I deserve it?My eyes began to sting with tears. The answer was simple.Yes. I did.I deserved it.I had suffered enough. And even after I escaped, they never stopped. They kept coming for me, not stopping. And I let them. Not because I wanted to, but because fear wrapped around me like chains. But I forgot something.I wasn’t alone anymore.I had my husband. He had never once hurt me. Not once. And I believed him—I still believe him.I should’ve asked for help. But now I didn’t have to.He had already offered it.His hand caressed my cheek. “Every day, I watch you whimper and cry in your sleep. Something haunts you, princess,” he said, his voice

  • The Womanizer's Mute Wife    Revenge, My Love

GENESISHe was upset. I could feel it—wrapped around him like smoke. His heartbeat was faster, his body stiff and tense. He wasn’t relaxed.Slowly, I opened my eyes, blinking away the sleep. As I did, all my senses kicked in. Voices filled the room.“You think he’s coming after you,” someone said.“I don’t think, Damon. The bastard called me and threatened to hurt her. I would’ve taken it if it was just me and then kill him off because no one threatens me.” His voice was low and rough, a growl full of fury. He was pacing, back and forth, and the motion made my head spin. I shut my eyes again.Maybe it’s time I stopped acting like this and got down. He must be tired. But even just thinking about leaving the warmth of his arms made my heart race and my body shiver. What if I go back to that place again?I don’t want to.I can’t go back. Not now. Not ever. He’s kind to me.He doesn’t hit me or pass me around like I’m nothing. He doesn’t use me like they did.Tears stung the back of my ey
