"You are being rude" Chloe pointed out.
Nero looked at her with confusion.
"Me? With whom? I was just answering a few emails while you placed the order" he explained.
Chloe blinked at him.
"You are so oblivious. That poor waitress was looking at you to take your order, and you are ignoring her. It wouldn't take a minute for you to look at her and tell your order. You might be rich, but you should not look down upon others" Chloe complained.
She knows he is not like that. But she wanted to make him look bad so that she wouldn't fall for his charms again. She knows she is being petty and childish. But she is determined not to only look at his good qualities and ignore his bad ones. Especially after last night, she wanted this barrier of complaints to keep him at arm's length.
