"Is she awake now?" Amadeus asked the maid who checked on Patrice.

"Hindi pa po sir." the maid responded.

He get his phone from his pocket and called someone...

"Danielle, I need your help. Come to my house ASAP!"

He didn't wait for her to speak, he knows she'll come. Danielle Javier is his female friend, probably best friend. She's the only woman he trusts. Danielle knows everything about him. They met seven years ago, she saved Danielle's life. His best friend is a doctor. 

After thirty minutes, he heard Danielle's footsteps coming up.

"Wolf, ano na namang ginawa mo?" gigil na tanong ng babae sa kanya.

Binuksan nya yung pinto at pareho silang pumasok.

"Check on her. She's been unconscious for hours."

Agad namang hinawakan ni Danielle yung babaeng walang malay.

"God, she's burning!"

"Wolf, anong ginawa mo sa kanya!? Di ako naniniwalang lagnat lang to, may ginawa ka pa." seryosong sabi ni Danielle sa kanya. Kilalang kilala siya ng dalaga at alam niya kung naglilihim ito.

"I-I raped her." mahinang sambit nito. Natahimik saglit si Danielle bago huminga ng malalim.

"We'll talk later. Get out, I need to check everything." utos nito kaya lumabas siya. Tanging yung babae lang ang kayang gumawa nun sa kanya.

He maybe ruthless but he only cares for one person and that's Danielle, she's like the sister she never had.

The door opened after forty-five minutes.

"She had a vaginal laceration, motherfcker!" Danielle hissed.

"Is she okay?"

"Why ask? You did that to her! My God Wolf, how could you do that!"

"Danielle, I can't help myself. I'm still hoping that I can be normal but I just can't do it." Wolf looked down.

"But why her!? She has nothing to do with this!"

"I-I lose my sanity Danielle." I answered as I pulled my hair because of frustration.

"This should be the last time Wolf." Danielle told him in a warning tone. He nodded.

Our conversation was interrupted when we heard a groan. She woke up. Danielle signaled me to get out of the room so I did.

3RD PERSON POV

Danielle smiled at her when their eyes met.

Patrice didn't say a thing.

"It's okay. He's not here." Danielle told her. Patrice just looked at her to check if she's telling the truth. When she saw sincerity in Danielle's eyes, she sighed deeply.

"What wolf did to you is unforgivable. He's a beast. He's ruthless. He's heartless. He's a criminal. He kills people. Wolf have this sadistic disorder, he's a bipolar. Mabait siya tas biglang mananakit. You know, ganun din siya sa akin before. Understanding and patience lang, magiging okay din kayo. Wolf suffered the most painful way before but I'm not the right person to tell you everything. As his friend, I just want to ask you for a favor. I know I'm being stupid and insensitive here but you're my last resort. Please stay with him for a lil bit longer. Try to understand him. Kakausapin ko siya. He had gone through enough and I want him to live a happy life." Danielle told her.

" How about me? I'm broken too."

" Patrice I know about your past too. Wolf told me. You know, two broken souls fixing each other is the best bond. In the end, both of you are just normal people craving for love and attention." Danielle smiled at her. Patrice can't find a word to say.

"I'll be going. May duty pa ako eh." paalam ni Danielle dito tsaka lumabas ng kwarto.

Nang makalabas ang babae ng kwarto niya ay tsaka bumuhos ulit mga luha niya.

Mula noon, di siya nakatanggap ng pagmamahal mula sa ina. Tanging ang kaibigan niyang binabae na si Luisa lamang ang nagpakita ng pagmamahal sa kanya. Tiniis niya pananakit ng kanyang ina dahil umaasa siyang mamahalin din siya nito.

Bumukas yung pinto ng kwarto niya niluwa nun yung lalaking ayaw niyang makita. Humigpit yung pagkakahawak niya sa kumot. Habang palapit sa kanya yung lalaki ay lalo siyang nanginig. Naramdaman naman ito ng lalaki kaya tumigil siya nang isang metro na lang ang pagitan nila.

"Would this distance be enough?" Wolf asked her, she didn't speak.

"Don't worry I won't come near you. I just want to say sorry for what I did." the man said apologetically then left the room.

Amadeus did what he said. He didn't come near her. The maid brought her meal and Amadeus dine at the kitchen alone. Even the bodyguards and maiden are wondering what's happening.

Patrice was walking back and forth inside her room because she can't sleep. Danielle's words are lingering in her mind and she can't get it off her system.

A loud scream from the other room shocked her. It's Amadeus. She immediately got out of her room. Two bodyguards and a maid are outside his door, they don't wanna enter.

"Bat di kayo pumasok!?" inis na sabi ko sa mga to. Tahimik lang sila pero yung babae ang nagsalita.

"Ma'am, kung nagkakaganyan po kasi si ser, hinahayaan namin kasi makakapatay po siya pag may biglang sumulpot diyan." malungkot na sambit ng babae.

Huminga ako ng malalim bago pinihit yung seradura ng pinto at pumasok.

Amadeus is screaming like a mad dog. He's flipping every single thing in his room. The table, vase, frames were crushed and scattered on the floor. His back is against me so he can't see me.

I bravely walk towards him and pulled him away from the broken pieces of glass.

His fiery blood shot eyes darted on me. He furrowed his eyebrows before his hands gripped my neck.
