An encounter with Byron

Falling deep into an abyss

It might be sad and depressed, happy and ecstatic or surprised and excited, but always you have to be feeling somehow.

What about when you are running for your life? Is it scary? Of course it is. You are right!

But what if you have witnessed your mom's death only a few minutes before? When you have seen it by your doe eyes that an alpha of your pack, the protector you all run to when encountering scary threats shooting your mom to death with a pistol loaded with silver bullets?

You are running for your life and this has happened only a few minutes before. Do you still feel only scared? There is probably some grief inside your always soft and kind heart.

What if you surely know that your father is also about to die? That the alpha who killed your mom is about to make  him the second victim?

Maybe, now you feel like going back to fight for him. But you are weak and probably nothing compared to an alpha. How could you even dare to look back? You don't even know that you are going to survive because they are enraged wolves following you sent by that very alpha who is about to turn you into an orphan.

The wolves who had been wishing to do dirty things to your  lovely body since you met your puberty. The wolves who had been longing for moans from your kissable lips_ cherry like and always wet. The wolves whose eyes always looked your way with a disease that could only be cured by allowing them to fondle the medium pointy papayas above your abdomen.

That is the situation that Lavina was in. She was now deep into the forest, far away from her pack, far away from the city and humans, running for her dear life. But it was near the lycans.

The better version of werewolves known to be fast, smart, strong and after all, the rivals of her pack.

If she had a mate, all this would not be happening to her. That's what she thought, little did she know that having a mate doesn't end one's problems in life. All it does is to change your life. Its flavour. For worse, or for better, depending on whom you met. A life lesson that she was going to learn soon.

She knew she was followed by those guys who would always lock themselves in their rooms and mastubate for only having seen her passing by. That's why she had crossed the borders and went into that land of their a millennium-long enemies thinking that no werewolf would dare to follow her. She was scared of what they could do to her.

But she was wrong. She was a sign of  a well created creature. Every male in her pack had once dreamed strocking her neither red nor violet but red-violet long as hell hair. That's why they were determined to catch her.

By saying every male, I wasn't wrong. Even the alpha of course wanted to feel her hot body under his. She was not his mate, but she was so beautiful that the alpha taught it was unfair for not having her as his mate. He couldn't bring himself to think of her in hands of any other wolf. That's why her life was now becoming miserable. Her beauty was the root cause of the mess she was in.

A few minutes ago, before she ran for her life, the alpha came and knocked to her door. The door of her room. When she opened, she was surprised but not by how he had entered their house, but what was making him knock on her door.

Her father, Gilber was a beta. Very submissive and loyal to alpha, Pagern. They were friends, so it was something usual for Pagern to be found inside their house. But today, her father was not around. What was he doing at their house then?

"Alpha, how shall I help?" The startled Lavina asked still holding the door which was half open.

Instead of answering, Pagern pushed the door wide to open it. Maybe he wanted to enter. Why would he enter her room? Lavina wondered.

"What are you doing?" Demanded Lavina whose strength could not resist a push from the alpha's bulging bisseps.

"Stop acting childish!" He said with his low pitched voice. So authoritative and scary. "Aren't you a highschool leaver? How could you pretend to be so naive?"

"So naive?" Lavina murmured to herself forgetting that an alpha's hearing capacity was way too better to hear her as if she had used a microphone.

"Don't be silly, Lavina!" He said, this time taking steps towards her. "Don't you realize what I want? You are so beautiful with an alluring body."

At this moment, Lavina could put her fingers on what Pagern wanted from her.

Geez... but her father was not around. Even if her mom could do nothing big, her being around could at least save Lavina but she also wasn't around. What was she going to do? She had known for long that her beauty was a weapon of torture to males from her pack except Kagern, but she would never put alpha on such a list.

"Alpha, please leave!" She said. "I'm still too young for whichever you are planning to do with me."

When Pagern only chuckled like a devil, Lavina was scared. When he took another step closer, she was very scared but when his hand reached for her waist which was wrapped in leather jacket, she felt the hairs on her head leaving one by one.

She immediately drew back and stared at Pagern whose smile was now becoming bitter. His eyes wandered from her face to her belly button which was now into the open due to she was wearing a crop top. Her favorite out fit. A crop top and unzipped leather jacket plus a high waist jeans.

Sometimes, she would wear them for a week by only switching colours.

"You really resemble your mother," said Pagern continuing after a two seconds' pause. "I was very disappointed when your mother got mated to Gilber. She had been my childhood friend. Before our wolves would come, she was my love. But only when she had promised me to give her maidenhead to me on Sunday, your father claimed her on Saturday."

This story was foreign into Lavina's ears. She had never had it somewhere else. But she had suspected something strange between her mom and Pagern for the way they looked at each other.

But wait...

Why was he telling this to her? Who said she wanted to know it? All she wanted was seeing that pervert-like alpha leaving her alone.

"So, what does that have to do with your coming into my room?" Asked Lavina wanting to sound polite but there was no way she could do so.

"To tell you that you are like your mom." Answered Pagern his voice sounding more emotional. "That you are like the  young lady I loved back then. That I love you and don't want to loose you as I lost your mom!"

Impossible!

This...

This man was thirty-eight years old. Only a year young to her dad. He had a luna and children. What the hell was he talking about then? How could he expect her to love him? His son have been her crush for long. But what did it brought her? A heartbreak.

"There is a way you look at me when I'm around, don't you have some feelings for me?" She heard him shamelessly asking. "If you do have some, we can find a secret spot for two of us to go to always when we feel like missing each other."

How could she have feelings for another person who is not her mate after what she saw on her eighteenth birthday? She never wanted anything to do with a males again. Even if she did, it would be her mate this time. A person whom she expected to be of her generation not that old ass.

"No! I don't!" She replied. "And I think I will never so please have your leave. It will be good if you dare not come close to me from now on."

However, instead of leaving, he stepped more closer to her with a killing look by his burning eyes. They were turning red not the bleu ones he used to use while staring at her mom.

"How dare you reject my offer?" He said grabbing her neck with his left hand then pulling her hair downward with his right hand to get her look him in the eyes.

She was not short,...

but he was the tallest male she had ever seen. Only Kagern, his son was nearly comparable to him.

She was not weak,...

but the most weak she-wolf in her pack unlike her mom who was a great warrior. Unlike her twinsister who, when she was still alive, used to win over males in battle.

How was she going to fight this beast in front of her.

He stared at her for long, then tilted his head downward to... thinking of the word was making her sad.

How could her first kiss be of that ilk? After she found out that Kagern had found his mate, she vowed that her mate will be the only other person to share her first kiss with.

But look...

It was going to be this evil.

She struggled to breakfree but it was impossible. By that, she closed her eyes to wait for the inevitable.

But before Pagern could do anything, her parents arrived and the journey to their miserable life began. This is because a decision that her father was going to make.

A decision that now was making her run for her life. That now was making her cross borders between Glowing circle, her pack and Flaming hybrids, its lycan rival.

Sounds...sounds...sounds.

She was starting to reduce her speed thinking that the werewolves following her had gave up when she heard sounds.

They were werewolf-like. She could tell. But she was still too far from Flaming hybrids. She had only crossed the border. Who was going to help her then?

She stopped a little turning to confirm her worries.

No! But this is not...

"This is not happening." She told herself blinking to see if she was dreaming, but she was not.

A pack was coming for her. She could see their lightening scary eyes dancing in the woods as they appoaroched her.

RUN!

After a one to two-minute run, she stopped again.

This is... it's... it's impossible! Said Lavina in an 'about to cry' voice directly after realizing that she had reached the end of the Earth.

There it was.

She could see it.

A cliff.

An abyss screaming death to anyone who could dare to jump into it.

Turning oftenly in all directions her mind still figuring out whether to jump or wait to be turned into wolves whore, she saw a manly figure approaching the scene from her left.

Was it really a human?

She wondered.

She could have kept her eyes on the figure to examine whether it was humanly or devilishly, but the wolves were coming.

How could she put her senses off them?

It was a must to keep her eyes on an enemy who was in such numbers.

Tenths...

They came closer, more closer, most closer and... one jumped with a speed of an eagle extending his jaw to catch her.

That's when she felt being wrapped in huge arms which seized and forced her to jump over the cliff.

"Don't worry! I'm taking you into an abyss where only peace and happiness flows." The man said, his voice sounding more romantic and promising to her. "Rejoice because your story is about to reach a happily ever moment."

She heard the man saying over the fading howlings above them then felt somehow  relieved, of course because she didn't know that the man saying all this was the rumoured merciless son of alpha Kyron, the alpha of Flaming hybrids pack. A guy who killed her twinsister. A guy she hated the most.
