Museum Visit

For the next few days, Max has work, which does not settle my nerves. Now that Hafgan has shown his ugly soul-face, I cannot leave Max alone for fear he might get possessed. I try to stay out of his way of work as a whole, but I keep myself within reachable distance.

I hope he doesn’t notice me. He might get upset with me for following him to work, and he has been adamant from the start for me to never do that. I don’t want to upset him now, after getting this far with him. Not that it feels like we’re a couple yet, but baby steps.

For the first hour, I sense nothing irregular, so I spend most of my time outside in the gardens close by, but it doesn’t take much longer than that for Hafgan’s soul to show up. I quickly make my way inside and corner Hafgan in the sea area.

“You must fight me!” I tell him, not paying much attention to the rare guest in the area. Hafgan makes no response to me, just shimmers.
