“They are called hunters, sent by Hades himself.” Everyone turned their heads quickly to look at Jordyn as she spoke. “Who was jealous because he can’t reproduce the way we do, he just gets to make more vampires and hellish demons like cerberus. Isn’t that right grandfather?” Her words even felt venomous.“They didn’t want the pack, they weren’t just rogues that happened to kill my parents, they were after me, my mother, and my brother, we were the only ones they were after.”

“Yes, being the god of the underworld, he doesn’t have to listen to the rest of them. He gave a few ruthless wolves a second chance so that they would track down and kill anything that even smelled a little like a god.” 

“So, wait, if I am a descendant of a god too why don’t I have a second voice?
