Chapter 16: Tech Town
As they approached the market place they were surprised to find not a trace of damage. It was now lifeless and empty. Who would have thought just hours earlier it was so full of life and joy? Then there was Melissa who was cruelly taken from the world by Logan. As sheriff Miles approached them he removed his hat and looked so distraught; they knew he wouldn’t have anything good to say.
“I’ve got the situation under control and the people are returning to their homes. Melissa will have a proper send-off by our customs.” Miles said.
