登入Andrea Marshall doesn't like going to parties, but on the last day of high school her friend Lizzie convinces her to go to the birthday party of their neighboring pack's next Alpha. She has been feeling on edge all day and after being abandoned at the party by Lizzie she makes her way outside to get away from all the noise and to get some fresh air. That is when everything she has been feeling suddenly makes sense. As she sits outside the most amazing scent ever hits her and she immediately realizes what it is. She has been waiting for this exact moment since she turned eighteen. Her wolf begins pacing around in her head encouraging her to follow the scent, but she doesn't need to, because he finds her. "Mine!" He growls as soon as their eyes meet before he trolls over to her, takes her into his arms and he kisses her. The next morning she wakes up to an empty bed. She makes her way downstairs and finds him making out with another girl in the kitchen. He is annoyed at her for interrupting him, and he tells her that the previous night was a mistake. She refuses to show how much this hurts and demands that he rejects her. When he does, she accepts it without a fight. She tells him that he will regret this before she storms out. 5 Years later, after a rogue attack, she has to come back to her father's pack, but she comes back with a secret, a little girl named Haley.

"Please, Andy! This is our last time to go to a high school party." Lizzy begs me with big eyes but I shake my head. "No, I already told you that I don't want to go, Lizzie. I don't feel like myself and I just want to go home, curl up in bed, eat some snack and watch a few rom-coms." I say as I continue to walk home. We just finished our last day of high school, and tomorrow the vacation starts. These last exams were tough, and I really don't feel so good. My skin feels all pricky and my wolf feels out of sorts too. All I want to do right now is curl up in my bed. The last thing I want to do is to go to a party. I don't like going to parties. I hate the noise and all the people, but, unfortunately for me, my best friend, Lizzy, loves to go to parties. She never wants to go alone though and somehow I always end up getting dragged along with her. "Come on! Don't be that way. This is the first time Rafeal has been back since he started Alpha training and I really want to go." She says, and I frown at her. "If you want to go so badly, why don’t you just go without me?" I ask but she shakes her head. "No, I don't want to go alone. I want to go to our last high school party with my best friend. So please, come with me? It will be fun, I promise. Besides, aren't you curious about him? You had the biggest crush on him when we were younger." She says and I roll my eyes with a sigh. "You know I don't like going out to parties. And every time you say something is going to be fun, it never is. And honestly, no. I really don't want to go to a party just to see someone I had a crush on years ago." I say pointedly and she sighs. "Come on, Andy, exams are over and we have finally finished high school. Let's go celebrate it tonight." She pleads and I sigh again. "Be honest, you only want to go because because you know that Jed is coming back with him tonight." I say and she sighs. "Yeah, okay. Fine. I want to go see him, but that isn't the only reason. Please, let's go dance and have some fun. We deserve it after the exams." She pleads, pouting slightly at me and I sigh again. "I don't know, Lizzy... Just give me some time, and I'll think about it..." I murmur and she smiles triumphantly at me, hooking her arm through mine. "Yes! Thank you, Andy. Oh, we have so much to do! We need to decide on what to do with our hair and we need to start putting together our outfits.... Oh!" She gasps, interrupting herself before she excitedly looks at me. "I know exactly what you should wear! You'll love it!" She squeals excitedly, grinning widely at me and I arch a brow at her. "You do realize that I haven't actually agreed to go with you to the party yet, right? I just said that I would think about it." I say and she grins at me, shrugging her shoulders. "Yeah... Sure." She says and I sigh, shaking my head but I don't bother trying to argue with her because I know that there is no use in arguing with her when she has her mind set on something. ‐-------------------------------------------------- 4 hours later I stare at my reflection in horror. There is no way the girl staring back is actually me. Her hair curls loosely down her back, her eyes are a light smokey brown and her lips is somewhere between a dark purple and a dark red. She looks mysterious and sexy, but that isn't the part that really bothers me. "No. There is no way I am wearing this! I can't go out in public like this!" I say horrified, shaking my head as I move my hand over the outfit that Lizzy pushed into my hand as soon as she got here and urged me to try on. She frowns, looking me over. "I don't see the problem. You look great." She says with a shrugs and I glance at her before looking back at my reflection. I shake my head again. "No... I can't wear this! These jeans are way to tight and why are they this low? And this shirt, of you can even call it that, leaves little to the imagination." I say as I once again try to pull the shirt down over my stomach and up over my breasts at the same time. I curse softly when it doesn't work and Lizzy laughs. "Stop being such a prude, and leave your shirt alone. You look incredible. The boys won't be able to take their eyes off of you." She says, swatting my hands away and pulling the shirt back into its place. I push her hands away and frown at her. "I don't want the boys eyes on me." I mutter and she rolls her eyes at me. "Fine, what about this, maybe you'll find your mate tonight and he won't be able to keep his eyes, or his hands off of you." She says and I scoff, shaking my head. "Be real Lizzy... My birthday was five months ago and I haven't had any luck so far, so why would tonight be any different?" I ask, arching a brow at her and she shrugs slightly. "I don't know. I just have a feeling that tonight might be the night. Now, stop glaring at the mirror and let's go. We're going to be late!" She says, grabbing her phone from the bed. I turn back to the mirror, taking one last look at my reflection before I sigh and shake my head. "Fine. Let's just go." I mutter, turning to Lizzy and she grins at me. "That's my girl." She says, grabbing my hand and together we leave my bedroom.Andrea's Point of View For a few seconds I just stand there, staring at him, not sure how to feel, but then a rush of emotions crashes through me all at once. Shock; confusion; hurt; betrayal; blinding anger and white hot rage. The rage and anger quickly take over, filling my entire being. “Well, this is cozy....” I say, my voice dripping with sarcasm. His eyes snap towards me, and for a second, he just stares at me. The girl looks between us, a frown on her face, but she doesn't say anything. “Am I interrupting something? Because it certainly looks like I am.” I ask, raising an eyebrow at him. He finally pulls away from her with a sigh, running a hand through his hair. “Andrea...” “No.” I cut him off, my eyes narrowing at him. “Don’t you Andrea me.” I take a step closer, my fists clenching at my sides. “What the hell is going on here?” I ask and he rolls his eyes at me, like I am the one being unreasonable. “Just calm down, would you? You’re making a
Andrea's Point of View I slowly open my eyes and blink a few times as I take in the room. It takes me a second to realize where I am, and when I do I can't help but smile. I can't believe I met my mate... Images from last night begin to flash through my mind and I feel my cheeks heat up. I slowly sit up in bed, grimacing slightly as I feel a slight sting between my thighs. I look around the room for any sign of Rafeal but he is no where to be found. "Raf?" I call out, thinking he might be in the bathroom but I don't hear anything from there. Unease begins to curl in my stomach but I push it down. He is probably just downstairs in the kitchen getting some coffee. I try to tell myself. The thought of the kitchen makes my stomach rumbles and I slowly get out of bed. I stumble slightly, grabbing onto the bedside table to stop myself from falling. My legs feel heavy and it takes them a second to stop shaking, but as soon as my legs steady I straighten and I beg
Andrea's Point of View As soon as we get to the party and I hear the music my skin begins to crawl. I stop walking, just staring at the people out on the lawn. "I already regret this." I murmur. "Oh come on. You've been here for exactly three seconds." Lizzy says, tugging on my arm and I sigh. "Three seconds too long." I mutter. She rolls her eyes at me before pulling me along with her. The moment we step through the door, the noise doubles. There are people everywhere. Some are dancing in the living room while others are gathered around the kitchen island with red plastic cups in their hands. "This..." I mutter, looking at the mess around us. "This is exactly why I hate parties." I say and Lizzy nudges my shoulder. "Lighten up." She says and I frown at her. "I'd rather go home." I mutter and she arches a brow at me. "You just got here." "I've seen enough." I say, uncomfortably pulling up my shirt, trying to cover my breasts when I see a few g
