He hugged her back.

"You don't need to thank me silly!", he said dotingly.

"I know", she said as she looked at the most handsome man she one could ever imagine.

He was so handsome that even she sometimes wonder how someone this perfect could be hers?

Sky has no idea that Elliot too was thinking about the same thing while gazing her her spotless face.

She sat back on her side and asked him curiously, "You're so cold to everyone but so warm to me? why do I get this special treatment?", she knew the answer already but still asked him as she loves seeing his affectionate expression.

"Because you are special Sky", Elliot replied while holding her hands and looking into her deep caramel eyes.

"You're my home", he whispered into her ear. She felt a surge of warmth on her back.

He recalled the day when they first met.

He was about 8 years old at that time when Sky first appeared infront if him. She was 4 years old at that time.

He was playing in the garden when his mother brought Sky with her in the manor.

He was startled by looking at that beautiful and adorable little girl. He went in the manor to his mother to ask about the girl when he slipped and fell on the ground.

"Ahaha", he heard someone's crystal like chuckle and was mesmerized.

He looked at her and asked, "what's so funny? why are you laughing?" , even though he was embarrassed, he didn't mind her laughing at him because of her adorable appearance.

"Because you looked funny when you fell", she laughed again showing her sweet dimples and.

"Who are you?", Elliot asked while looking for his mother.

"I'm Sky, and you?", she asked with a cute voice.

"I'm Elliot", he said and called for his mother.

"Honey, wait a second, I'm just coming", Mrs. Frost came out from the kitchen with red puffy eyes.

Elliot seemed to realize something.

"What happened mom? Did you cry?"

"Oh, no son, why would I cry?"

"Then why are you eyes so red?", he asked with concern.

"Because I was cutting the onions, I've made pasta for Sky, she loves it", Mrs. Frost said while covering her emotions.

"Oh I forgot to introduce you two", she realized.

"Elliot, meet Sky, she's my bestfriend's daughter", Emily Frost said while holding back her tears.

"Yeah, I have meet her already", Elliot said while noticing something was wrong with his mother today.

"She will stay with us from now on", Emily said while looking at his son's reaction.

Elliot didn't like meeting and engaging with people so she was worried that he would cause a ruckus but to her surprise Elliot said.

"Great"

She was stunned and she looked at her son, Elliot too was stunned.

"I mean it's good to have someone around, I'm usually bored at home", Elliot said while covering his true emotions.

"Oh I see", Emily said with a smile in her eyes.

"Aunt, when will I go back to my parents?", asked Sky innocently.

Emily had a pang of pain in her heart when she heard this. She looked at her sweet and beautiful appearance which was exact the same like her mother.

She hesitated for a while then said, "Your parents have gone abroad and they will need some time to settle down there, till then, you'll live with us."

"Oh, that's not a bad idea though, I already liked this place and this handsome boy", Sky said innocently while looking at Elliot.

Elliot blushed and couldn't speak for a while.

Emily laughed looking at her son turning red.

"Elliot, you're gonna take care of Sky, don't let anything or anyone harm her at any cost", Emily said to Elliot.

"Don't worry mom! I'll take care of her", Elliot said with an affirming tone.

Emily was finally relieved.

"Aunt, you said you have made pasta for me, I'm hungry", asked Sky with a cute pout.

"Come honey, that's all for you, I'll feed you with my own hands", Emily said dotingly.

She grabbed her hand and was about to take her to the dinning table when Sky suddenly paused and looked at the handsome boy who still looked a little bit red.

"Elliot, are you not going to come with us?", she asked urging him to come over with them.

"Aunt has made pasta for me but I want to share it with you", she urged him to come.

He was stunned for a moment. That was the first time when Sky included him in the things she love the most and it was the same since then.

"Where are you lost?", Sky asked while looking into his deep eyes.

"I was struck by some memories", Elliot said while putting his cup of hot chocolate on the table.

"Would you like to tell me?", Sky asked curiously. She knew Elliot would never hide things from her so she was sure he would tell her.

"I just recalled when we first met", he said with a warm smile.

"Nevermind, let me get some more hot chocolate for you", Sky wanted to run away as she knew how he will tease her now.

"Oh wait, do you remember how you called me a handsome boy and said that you like me.", Elliot teased her while grabbing her hand and she was about to run.

"Ah! really? No, I don't remember such a thing", she said avoiding looking into his eyes.

"Really? You don't remember?", he asked while pulling her closer to him.

"Elliot, I guess my aunt just called me", Sky said while turning red.

"Oh but i don't think I heard my mom's voice", Elliot said while playing with her hair.

Sky looked behind Elliot and screamed, "Aunt!!! What are you doing here?" Elliot immediately let go of her and looked behind while thinking how he would make a story so his mom won't misunderstand.

To his surprise, there was no one behind him.
