Everything happened too fast. In the span of days, things went too fast. I had a surprise for Jane. Well, since my family was forcing me to marry. I wanted to marry someone I loved. I had everything ready for the engagement.
I wanted to make my choice known to the whole world. I warned Loli over and over to stop with the nonsense. She didn't hear. This was the last resort. I felt terrible humiliating their family in public, but it had to be done. I was at my end.
Jane didn't know anything. Though she claimed she didn't want me in her life anymore, I was sure she was the one I wanted.
I gave her the third day; I moved into her house. Well, I didn't want to take chances. The men interested in her were way too much. Sometimes I wonder if she ever noticed all the gazes sent to her.
