Mark and Andrew first noticed Lucas was missing by 9 PM. They had looked for him in his bedroom and outside the apartment but he was nowhere to be found. "Could he have gone vampire hunting without us?", Andrew asked. "Let's go and check his stuff, let's see if his custom is still in the apartment", Mark suggested. They both went back into their apartment and searched Lucas' room. "Yes it is here", Andrew confirmed after finding it. His new clothes for hunting and mask were still in the shopping bag as they bought it from the mall earlier in the morning. "So since he is not out hunting, what could he be doing?", he asked Mark. 

The beta werewolf faced the incoming vampires head on as he crashed into them, ripping two apart in an instant. The others swarmed over it, tearing and biting it from all angles. It fought back, breaking free and ripping a further two apart  before it was once again covered by dozens of vampires. It stood no chance against their numbers and coordinated attacks.  The others moved into the werewolves' territory destroying their homes and burning them. The other beta werewolves came together as one to stand a fighting chance against the thousands of vampires in their home. They were about 98 and outnumbered 1:51. "Attack!", a beta werewolf screamed as they ran towards the vampires in battle formation breaking through their ranks and ripping them in their numbers as they weren't through.  

The werewolves quickly retreated, shaking vampires off them and running to the opening at the back.  The witch got on the back of one of the advancing werewolves as they charged forward. They knew the vampires couldn't catch up with them at their top speed, they were simply going to outrun the vampires back to camp. Dracula could only watch helplessly as the witch and the werewolves got away. Lucas and his brothers had walked a long way through the thunderstorm without any human or vampire in sight. Dracula was tossed helplessly into the air by the Alpha hybrid. He was stunned! He was so close to killing the witch, his claws were only inches away from her neck when something very powerful grabbed him from the back of his cloak at full speed and tossed him away. He screamed helplessly through the night sky until he landed a far distance away. "Aaaaah! My back!"Dracula screamed in pain, as he hit many trees in the woods before coming to a violent stop. He was injured, he had broken his ribs and back bone.
