Cassidy POVI could see Jordan was mind-linking with someone. He walked behind me pulling at my ropes before jumping back, the wolfsbane burning his fingers. Good. I thought to myself. It was the least he deserved. I hear a blade slice through the ropes behind me and my legs drop down. They were sore from being spread out and tied behind me for so long. I was grateful to be able to close my legs. I felt the knife cut through the ropes holding my head and for the first time in however long I’ve been trapped here I could move it.
