"You fell for a Skipper seer my friend" Eros heard the familiar voice of his friend from behind him. He is already irritated and he doesn't want Ojas to taunt him further with his nonsense. "Not now Ojas. You should leave before i decide to kick your behind for disturbing me" he muttered. Ojas smiled at his friend's threat. He walked from the shadows and stood beside Eros, carefully looking at Eros. "I am just stating what i observed" he shrugged nonchalantly. Despite his ' i don't care ' attitude, Ojas is worried for Eros. He has never seen his friend falling so deeply in love with a woman before. He is worried about how Eros would recover from the loss of his lover after she leaves. Iris will leave and there is no other option left for her. He is angry that she made Eros fall for her when she knows that they cannot be together. Eros glared at Ojas. "I want to stay alone, Leave," he told Ojas. Ojas sighed and dropped his attitude and let his concern be seen on his face, which m

A few minutes earlier....A Were warrior went running to the Imperial palace to see Iris. But the servants refused to allow the warrior inside and disturb Iris. Their king has strictly ordered them not to disturb her and let her rest. But the Were warrior refused to turn back and insisted that this is important and it is regarding their king. When their king's name was mentioned, the servants couldn't stop the warrior as they too began to understand that it must be something really important. Diandra was called and instructed to tell her mistress that a warrior came to see her.Iris was not in the mood to see or talk to anyone. But when Diandra relayed that this was something about their king, she rushed to meet the warrior. When Iris came out of her chamber, she saw a familiar warrior anxiously waiting for her. When he noticed her, he rushed forward and shared everything he saw near the pond and how Ojas and the Were king were fighting with each other."What? He is fighting with the

In the royal study, which is the personal office of Eros, the priest named Emanuel is waiting patiently for his king's arrival. Emanuel is in his late seventies and has been employed as the royal priest of the Were kingdom for fifty years now. Eros's grandfather, ADALWOLF offered him the position when he saw how knowledgeable Emanuel is about everything that is to know about the Were kingdom and other races living in other worlds. Adalwolf was very fond of Emanuel and so did his son the late king Johnathan. Eros respects Emanuel for his immense knowledge and always used to show interest in learning about new things. His thirst for knowledge led Emanuel to travel and investigate unknown and mysterious things. He was investigating the Nephilim when he received a message from the king that he is in urgent need of Emanuel's help. "His highness the mighty king of the Were kingdom is gracing us with his presence" one of the guards announced the arrival of the king. Emanuel slowly stood

"Iris, this is not you. You are hurting yourself. Think with a cool head" Eros urged her.Iris is not in the state of mind to listen to him. She is feeling like she is drowning in chaos and running away from this palace is the only thing she wanted to do right now. Since the moment she came here, her life slipped out of her control. She is being pushed by the new circumstances and hidden revelations. She is not sure what and whom to believe anymore."I don't want to listen to your nonsense. Tell them to open this door or I will slit my throat" she threatened. Eros decided to let her go. That is the only right thing he could do right now. She is not in the right frame of mind to understand anything right now. Once she cools down considerably, she will be open to listening to him."Guards" he called his guards, who opened the doors immediately. Iris moved backwards, keeping her eyes on Eros. She knows he would try to stop her. So she didn't move her gaze away from him. She is so focus

"Adalwolf was a great king of the Were kingdom. He was powerful, kind and selfless. Johnathan was his son, who is the late king of the Were kingdom before his highness, Eros took over the Throne. Adalwolf is also my best friend. When Eros was still a young boy, he insisted that he wanted to go hunting in the forest. Eros likes to hunt wild beasts much more faster than him. He loves to fight with them in his wolf form. That was one thing that never changed since his childhood. Adalwolf adores his grandson and was very proud of him. Eros always used to convince his grandfather to join him on a trip into the wilderness" Emanual paused. He looked at the young woman, closely observing her reaction. "During one such trip, when everyone was asleep, we ventured deeper into the forest just for a stroll. What we never imagined was to stumble upon a family being hunted and slaughtered by the Nephilim. When Adalwolf saw a father urging his little girl to run and save her life, he decided to prote
