HEARTBREAK NICHOLAS'S POVThe golden sun shimmers outside. It's a bright beautiful morning. I step out of the castle's vestibule. The hot rays of the sun scorches my olive tanned skin. I sqint my eyes at the sun before striding to where Hoots stands holding the reins to my horse and his."Thank you Hoots" I say to him as he passes the reins to my open hands and moves to mount his horse. "You're welcome my Lord" he says while mounting."Hello Arion, how are you today?" I pat my horse's back, while I knead my fingers through its hairy skin slowly. It neighs in response and moves it head as if to say "I am now better"Yes, I am so happy by favorite horse is back to serving me. Physician Edward, the best physician in the whole of Blessingstoke made it possible by attending to its injury.I had to wait for a week to let it get enough treatment and rest. I lift myself to mount its back while holding its saddle firmly. Arion takes a few steps forward as I urge it to start. It veers into i

BETRAYERSHOOT'S POV"What are you doing here again? I thought you said that you would call off the relationship. How come I met you here? What games are you playing Eva?" Philip roared. I imagined his face. He would be so mad at her."You don't have any right over me! This is my relationship and I will call the shots when it's over. You broke up with me or have you forgotten so fast? If Nicholas didn't set his eyes on me, would you be this jealous?" Eva said in a tone that matched his."Should we talk about how you dumped me? Now you're here trying to control me. I'll just pretend this never happened. Since I came to see Nicholas, let me go wait for him in his room. It's better than listening to your rants" Eva tried leaving when Philip held her back with his hands."Can we not discuss this here? Guards are everywhere around the house. They might hear us out. I'll come to your house tonight, then we can sort this out. Is that ok?" Philip replied her in a calm and collected voice."No

SAD NEWSBeatrice's POVI woke up this morning to check up on Reginald because of the way things ended last night. I knew he was angry with me. Most times he has a hard time sleeping under tension so I decided to check up on him if he could catch some sleep. To my surprise, I met an empty bed. He should have been in that bed sleeping or tossing under the covers. Any of those two but I stood there dazed for a bit before raising an alarm.I was afraid. Had he gone during the night? Did he leave after all my pleadings? Reginald can be very stubborn especially when it comes to Avery. He could have left. I should have stayed back in his room last night to prevent this.I prayed hard that it was all a lie because that would mean I wouldn't see my husband again for the rest of my life. There was no way he would go to Blessingstoke and come back alive. There was little one man could do against many beasts. Didn't Reginald think this through? I hoped my thoughts weren't real. Because if they

THE PLANReginald's POV"Since the letter clearly states that we shouldn't do anything, I guess we have to wait then. Maybe they will not hurt her if we don't make a move" King Levi says to Beatrice's answer. She turns to look at me where my thoughts are going crazy. The thought of leaving my daughter with those beasts for one more second peeves me to the core. The thought that she must have been waiting for me to come save her while I'm here just sitting unable to do nothing makes me almost puke.I am helpless in this. How did I get my daughter into this mess? How will i bring her out? "I will advise no one makes a move for the time being. I will write a letter back to them to seek a truce. That would solve all this in a more efficient way. The men aren't ready for battle and your daughter's life is at stake if we gamble on this" King Levi completes as if he can read meaning to my thoughts. If Beatrice wasn't standing before me, I would have taken my leave and went to Blessingstoke

WHERE IS THAT BETRAYER!?Alpha Devon's POVIt's been a few weeks away from home. Sometimes I go on hunting expedition with my some of the chiefs of Blessingstoke and my man.We do this annually to get away from life at Blessingstoke and to charge ourselves. I should have come home next week because that was the agreement with my family. However, one of my men in the castle sent a letter to me. Because we were deep on the forest, it took a long time for it to get to me."My Lord, something urgent has happened. Sir Nicholas apprehended a betrayer yesterday and she is in the dungeon right now. I think she is from Arbedour park. Please hurry back to give her a sentence before she escapes"When I read the what he wrote I was shocked to my bone. A betrayer in the castle? How did she get to close to us all without us knowing a thing about her? Who interviewed her? It was dated two days ago so I gathered my men and informed them of an unexpected thing that had come up at home. It took me a l
