I'm willing to make us work

Ariana's POV Evening 4:30 pm ...I took slow confident strides into the restaurant .I was putting a pink and white stripped blazer and a pant trouser with that same material.Immediately the workers there sighted me , they scurried clumsily and I rolled my eyes .Such unprofessionalism."When you told me about this plan , I had pictured this place empty" I said as I stopped in my tracks and turned to Camilla beside me."What do you mean empty ?! We can just cease operation because you're coming here!" She replied ."You know how bad that could affect us?!""I'm sorry I didn't realize what more bad could possibly happen to something that is already damaged !" I snapped and she looked at me with squinted eyebrows."The resort is not that bad" she whispered."Yeah right!" I said and scoffed."You know what? I'm not gonna argue with you, not today!" She whispered as she slowly exhaled."I already prepared the events hall for you , we'll be using there " she concluded ."Some staffs will

Make that compromise!!

Meanwhile ....Ariana's POV .We were done with that we came here for , it was just I and Camilla left here , we were seating opposite each other , I was glaring while she was just staring. As usual we just had another disagreement .She sighed as she pushed her chair backwards and stood up."Look, I don't want to do this with you anymore " she said ."Good , then tender your resignation letter , I don't need an assistant anyway" I retorted and she smiled ."That's not what I mean , you don't think you can get rid of me so easily right?!" She added and I rolled my eyes."What I meant is I'm tired of going back and forth with you every single time !""This is almost seven pm and we haven't achieved anything substantial today!""If we keep going on this way , I'd like to assume that you'll end up disappointing your dad!" She added."Don't you dare say that to me !" I growled , slamming my hands on the table as I stood up also."You really are cheap huh , how dare you try to use my dad t

One week later .....Wednesday 14th September 2022 ....8:00 am ....Logan's POV"So any news from the restaurant at hong Kong?!" Ashton asked .We were less busy and today we had our shift together which rarely happens."I just refreshed my Mail about twenty seconds ago , still nothing!" "Do these people even have any idea how difficult it is to wait?!" I groaned and he let out a small laugh."Patience brother , patience " he replied , and just as I was about to say something else , two people walked up to us to order coffee.Where the hell did they come from?! I swallowed my words and we got to work."Three cups of Peppermint Mocha" the guy in front of me ordered and I nodded and as I turned the other way to get his order."Here , two cups of Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso" I heard Ashton say ; " wow that person must have such a great taste " and I looked over my shoulder to see who made that order.I wasn't fast enough to catch the face but the only thing I saw was he

Did I get it?!

Meanwhile ....8:30 am ....Ariana's POV I opened the door to my office and walked in .Camilla was already seated on my table in a way that she was backing the door."You're quite late today " she said, not even turning to face me .I slammed the door shut and began to walk towards my table."Good Morning to you too , Camilla" I replied and took my seat in front of her.The past one week has been, hmm , Okay, she's an okay person and working with her was kind of fun and productive.I don't regret making that compromise with her one week ago , she's my kind of person except too friendly."So when I was coming to work this morning, I got two cups of coffee" I said "Then I realized , Presley wasn't here , so you can take one " I stretched out the crate to her and she took a cup."It's Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso" I murmured as she took a small sip from it ."So in conclusion you got me coffee" she teased and laughed ."Aww, sweet " she cooed with a huge smile and a soft

David's POV 3:00 pm...."Is the job done?!" I asked Eliza immediately she walked into my office."By the job do you mean , the importation of illegal arms or getting rid of that Logan boy" she asked as she walked towards the shelf in my room and began to search through . "The both of them " I replied and she exhaled and walked back to me ."You know how difficult the situation of accomplishing both jobs are ""The importation of arms had to go by sea and they are experiencing some delay , we can't do anything we have to be patient""And the boy , he's very smart , since the last attempt on his life he had become more cautious" she said "Then do something damn it!" I snapped , I turned my chair picked up a cigarette and lighted it.I took in a deep drag and puffed the smoke out angrily."There's no need to yell, if you had covered all the bases twenty years ago , we won't be dealing with this issue " she said and I scoffed."So now it is my fault?!""No, I'm just saying you have to

I think we need a break

Next day Thursday Morning 7:00am ....Logan's POVI heard a knock on my door and I looked up at it ."Come in" I answered and the door slowly creaked open and I saw Abuelita walk in."Good morning Abuelita" I greeted , as I walked over to her and pulled her I to an hug."I hope you had a nice night" I asked with a small smile."Papito" she whispered and my smile widened."You don't have to say anything Abuelita, I'm fine now " I said immediately and she raised her hands and held my cheeks in her palms."Are you sure ?!" She whispered and I placed my hands on hers ."I am Abuelita, it's just a job right , I can get many others" I replied and she nodded."Just hang in there son, you'll get there eventually" she said and I smiled."Now that you say it , I Know I will" I replied with a smile and she patted my shoulder."That's the spirit my boy" she whispered , as she let go of me and walked out of my room."Thank you Abuelita " I called after her with a small smile.Immediately she clos

Logan's POV"I think we should take a break!" I said and I saw her eyes widened as she stood up immediately."What the hell did you just say?!" She whispered."I said , we need a break" I replied still seated."We've been together for a very long time Olivia and I think it's time we stay apart for a little while and figure out if we still want each other ""If we still want to be together" I added."No I don't need to be apart to decide that , I want to be with you Logan ""No Olivia , it's more deeper than that , this is a really delicate issue " "And I think it's necessary we separate for a while , while we figure out what we really want for each other" I replied."And how long is this break supposed to take?!" She asked."For as long as it takes us to realize what we actually want" I replied"This isn't about me right?! This is about you!" She whispered and I stood up slowly."You no longer love me ?!" She asked."Olivia !" I cautioned but she raised her hands and cut me off."Jus

Ariana's POV7:00 pm ...*Take a look at her you look like a monster**Ugly Monster , ugly Monster go away**Look ,here comes the ugliest girl amongst us*I shut my eyes tightly as swayed my head left and right slowly , trying to get those thoughts out of my head."Who would have thought that someone else would be at the park at this time " I heard a masculine voice say , and I could feel his weight drop to the chair behind me.I didn't even bother to turn to him, He's probably one of those very loud attention seekers."Exactly my thoughts when I heard your annoying voice " I murmured in reply , I'm sure he heard me because he bursted out into a small laughter."There's no need to be rude ,everybody is going through a lot also" he replied and I rolled my eyes."And what makes you think I'm going through a lot?!""There's no better explanation for you seating here alone ,""At night" he added sarcastically and I rolled my eyes."I do not owe you any explanations" I retorted."Ofcourse

I asked."It just happens, when you love someone you do it without even realizing " he replied."I don't think I'm that bold ""I mean guys are scum and not to be trusted ""Ouch!" He replied and I laughed."But really after getting hurt countless times , why do you guys still go into relationships" I asked."Because when you've loved before , you'd do anything to feel that feeling again , even if you get hurt in the process " he replied "Plus ,

"Dad is home this Early?!, I haven't gotten to see him in a while" I murmured."Yes , he's having some irregularities right now so he needed to chill" he replied and I nodded slowly. "Very ironic , I knew nothing about it and we live in the same house" I said."He knows you are juggling alot , I'm sure he just did not want to disturb" he replied and I nodded slowly.
