I followed Seth’s advice and decided to have a fresh start with Dana. So here I am trying to figure out what to cook for her as I tell her about my plans. I already spoke to Dana’s mom and she was delighted with the idea. She said that Dana was under a lot of pressure because of being the Chosen One and because of Lana’s current condition. A lot of times I wanted to ask Calvin how Lana was doing but I feel guilty for Dana. I know that initially, this was just a partnership to show everyone that we are indeed a couple but since the woman who held my heart is no longer available, I guess there is nothing wrong with making this partnership real right? So here I am in the middle of the supermarket, finding all the best ingredients that I could find to cook for Dana. After getting everything that I needed, I hurriedly went home. A house was something I never imagine myself having, especially something to call home. It was like a fleeting moment for me something that I never intended to

I was so used to surprises that I thought nothing could surprise me anymore. Well, that was at least before hearing what Drake has to say. “Two things happened since the last time we had talked,” Drake begins to say, “One is Nori lost his memories, well not all but some of them, and the other is, I think my Chosen Mate has something to do with the rogue wolves.” I usually know how to react or what to say in any kind of situation but this was the first time I don’t know what to do or say. “I’m sorry to surprise you,” Drake said after a few seconds. I finally get why Nori was no longer bothering me. “Do you think Dana has something to do with Nori’s memory loss?” I asked. I was now getting a better picture of why Lana did not include Nori in the last meeting that with had with Drake, Leon, and Calvin. “That’s the thing,” Drake said as he runs his hand through his hair, “I don’t have any proof to back up my claim. That’s why I decided to talk to you alone.” Now I understand. T

The sun was setting on the horizon turning the sky to a beautiful amber hue. Seth and Nori run chasing after the sun as it slowly disappears with Dana and me on their backs. It's been a while since I was this happy. Been a while since I felt so at peace. As we reached the end of Purple's Hill border, Seth and Nori both pet Dana and me down before going to the bushes to shift back into human form.Dana and I set the picnic mat that we brought as well as the picnic basket down on the ground.Seth and Nori both rushes back to help the two of us as we laid down all the dishes that my mother had bought for us. "I am excited to eat," Nori said. "Want some beer?" Seth asks as he opens the small cooler bag that we have brought."I thought you'll never ask," Nori said with a smile as he reaches out for the beer that Seth offered. "The view is so beautiful," Dana exclaimed, and we all turned to look at the setting sun by the horizon. "I couldn't agree more," I said with a smile. We took

I was finally out of my four-walled hell after finishing all the needed paperwork. I can’t believe how happy I felt as I drove towards the training center to see the progress on the changes that we have made so far. I opened the door of the training center gym and the moment that I took the step inside I was immediately brought back to the past when I was nothing but a mere trainee. I can hear shouts as warriors practice their attacks but then the gym became silent and was surprised as they all look at me and then bow.“You can proceed with what you are doing,” I said waving at them, “Don’t mind me,” I added. I walk towards Jericho who was smiling at me. “Fancy seeing you here, Alpha,” he teases.“Shut up,” I said under my breath.“Are you done with your mountain of paperwork?” He asked as he continues to tease me. “Stop it,” I said in a warning tone. But instead of taking me seriously, he laughs so hard.“How are they?” I asked as I gesture towards the trainees. “Not bad, might

I remember the first time I met Seth. The way his ocean-blue eyes sparkle whenever he smiles. He was always easy to talk to and so much easier to be with. With him, I can be who I wanted to be and he would accept me. He was always leaning in my favor even if it meant that he would be hurt. My happiness was his top priority, my safety was his second. His life revolved around me and yet it had to come to this before I realized how much he meant to me. Nori was my first love and I was blinded by it far too many times, which lead to me hurting Seth. I can have as many first love but I can only have one last love. And that is Seth—the man who is now lying lifelessly in front of me. “Baby,” I said as I wipe his arms with a wet towel, “When you wake up, let’s just travel or stay in a faraway land. Let’s just live a simple life together and have as many babies as you want. Just wake up, please.”The machines around him beep and my heart breaks in rhythm with its sound. I touched his face
