When she looked at the time and saw that it was last 7pm, she was elated. She had been looking forward to nightfall since Dawn. Plus Li-lah had given her something that she said would help set a romantic mood. She took her bath making sure to put on a bit of perfume. After she got dressed in her night dress that came down to her thighs and was made of silk and accentuated her curves, she was ready. She left the room and came down to look for Mateo. "Have you seen my husband?" She asked one of the helps."Yes ma'am. He's in the study.""Great! Now go tell my PA to set the bedroom in a romantic setting. Then bring a bottle of wine to the study.""Right away ma'am."She turned and left for the study. She opened the door slowly but it still caught the attention of Mateo who had been going through some files on his desk."Honey!" She called softly.Mateo had returned his focus to the documents on his table. He'd rather look at paper than the woman before him."Honey!" She called again. "Y

Juan paced his office, cursing and swearing, flinging his hands every which way. It was all he could do to stop himself from throwing things in the office; He didn't have the money to replace it. Of course, the funds he had previously had had run out, and he hadn't gotten his paycheck for the month."Fuck." Juan came to his office door, more irritated than ever."That-That son of a gun! He organized such a big banquet and did not invite me? He invited every other worker here down to the janitor but he chose not to invite me, the vice chairman? You can't be serious!" Juan put his hands on the door and leaned in. "He's my superior and he doesn't even bother to say good morning to me?"He was so pissed, this tie he kicked the leg of his desk. A bad move because this hurt his toe; almost broke it."¡Ay!" He exclaimed jumping and wincing in pain. "Good lord. I blame that looser Mateo. I think I should speak with Santiago about this."He took out his phone and called him. "Santiago?""Juan

Mateo quickly turned away from her. What was he doing? He is married and with a child, he shouldn't be longing and yearning after another woman. Aside from the fact that the fact that this woman had a boyfriend that she's happy with, Mateo is a bug name in the business world and any scandal especially one that involves him having an affair would be devastating to his image. He needs to avoid any distractions especially this one."What do you want?" He asked not looking at him."I just wanted to say thank you.""For what?""For trusting me enough to let me settle the issue with your wife and Natalia. You are a huge name and not everyone with your reputation would do this. I have a gift for you." She said dropping a small box in front of him.He looked at the box but did not move to take it. "It's the track we danced to but this time I played it myself and added a few of my own things."He still did not move or say anything and this almost faltered her courage. Why was he bring so di

"Wait!" Mateo called out urgently. "At least let me clean your wound. If you leave it untreated, it could become infected. I've got a first aid kit in one of the rooms. Come on, it won't take long," he said, beckoning Li-lah to follow him. Reluctantly, she complied, her silence masking her apprehension. She followed him timidly into the room, her gaze lingering on the first aid kit he had pulled out. He began to tend to her wound with a gentle touch, and they soon found their hearts beating out of time; a deep connection that neither of them could have anticipated."There are two kinds of people in the world," Mateo said with a sage nod. "Those who need the dance and those who love the dance. It's not just about its mechanics and the moves, but about how it brings people together and its healing powers. You needed it to heal, Li-lah, and that's why you recognised its healing qualities in others. It's special, you know." He said, gently brushing her hair from her face.Li-lah glanced at

Grand, magnificent, and fancy are Mrs. Cruz's event keywords for this year. A documentary will be screened, we'll promote Mexican education, do a recital, and we'll organize a global speaking competition in addition to discussions on various jobs. The speakers are listed below. As Li-lah revealed who would be speaking, the crowd was filled with shocked gasps."They are at the top of their fields, and Mrs. Cruz's initiative to also invite lecturers from other countries. On this list, most of the names are verified. So that our kids might establish connections for the future, these folks will be listed as honorary alumni. Li-lah grinned as she concluded the lecture.Applause broke out in the room."It makes sense why she is always the parent's voice. She is quite effective." "yes! she deserves the Post."the mothers present sang the praises of Maria. After the meeting, Maria and Li-lah sat still. Maria appeared to be thinking deeply.Li-lah needed to explain something that was on her m
