Chapter 1 I could feel them catching up with me, what can I do? With five grown men coming after me, I should know it was it was going to end well the moment I hit Jonathan across the face during our little argument. I never meant to hit him but he was hurting me and his friends were just looking at him without doing anything but support him like a group of savages that they are. In that moment, I cursed myself for saying yes to him the day he asked me to be his girlfriend. I ran towards the park hoping to find someone that'll make him stop that will save me, but I couldn't hide as they soon caught up with me. Jonathan hit me across the face three times in quick succession and I let out a shrieked like a suckling pierced with a needle. I watched with droppy eyes and weak muscles as he lifted me up, this wasn't this first time of him abusing me, in our 6 months together he had made It clear that he was the stronger one. I flared my legs in an attempt to kick him and tried to leap

Chapter 3 Violet POV Mate? My brows narrowed in confusion. What did he mean by that? 'How did you get out?', his voiced snapped me out of my thoughts, I was to engrossed in myself that I didn’t realize that he was outside with his eyes piercing down at me. My eyes widened in fear and my mouth slightly ajar as I counted my breathing. “Where do you th

I asked frowning at his choice of words. “What the hell do we need a contract for", I asked more confused than before. "Well I believe you are not a dunce and you know what a contract is", he said more calmly Thani expected. “I don’t understand, must we sign a contract to make this valid? Is the words from my mouth not enough validation?", I said after a few seconds of silence. "Will you sign or not?", he replied harshly ignoring my questions. "Fine, bring it and let me sign the damn papers", I muttered in clear frustration. When he stood up from his chair with a folder in his hand I tried not to gape at his broad frame, he was intimidating and his aura alluring. He pushed the plates in front of me away creating space for the folder. “Do you have already typed contracts you give to girls you ab
