The ring!

Third person's POV"Okay, let me look," Dante says. He pulls, but the ring is stuck. "Ouch! Dammit! Do you want to pull my finger from my hand? Don't we have something we can cut the ring with?" Leandra says. "You're crazy. I cannot cut the ring. My mother will kill me. It was her mother's ring. We can cut your finger off, though," Dante says."Excuse me! I'm not going to lose my finger over a bloody ring that I didn't ask you to put on my finger. Maybe if we take soap. Maybe then we can get it off," Leandra says. "Let's go to my mother's bathroom. She has a bathroom in her office. We cannot go into the ladies' bathroom. Come. My mother will not be back for a while," Dante says. They walk into the bathroom. Leandra takes soap and puts it on her finger. They start pulling and trying hard to get the ring off."If is stuck! What were you thinking putting is so hard and fast?" Leandra complains. "How did I have to know it was so tight?" I ask. "You could've thought about it. Wanted t

What is wrong?

Third Person's POV"Mom, I do not believe that Sandra will ever come back. I cannot keep Leandra hostage. I can not force her to stay engaged to me. She has already saved my life. She has saved me from Sandra. Sandra knows that we can find out if the baby is mine or not, even before it is born. I do not want to force Leandra to do anything she does not want to," Dante says. "We are not going to force Leandra. Leandra, if you are willing to stay engaged to Dante for a while, I will pay you handsomely. You only have to pretend to be engaged. I promise you don't have to stay engaged if you don't want to. As soon as you feel uncomfortable about the situation, you can always walk away. You can be the one who breaks off the engagement. Please, Leandra, will you help us out?" Aurora begs. "You don't have to pay me. I already owe you so much. Mrs Angelo, you gave me a chance when no one else wanted to. I can stay engaged to Dante for a while. I do not mind doing it. However, I want to know

What did you do to Daisy?

Enrico's POVI am very excited to show Leandra her car. I know she will be happy that Daisy is fixed. I hope she likes the color I painted it. It was bright pink, it is now a sensible white. All the dents and scratches are out of the car. We walk outside, and I want to hold my hands over her eyes. However, she pushes my hands away. We go to the parking area, and I walk over to the little Mazda that looks brand new. "Tadaaaa! What do you think?" I ask, showing her Daisy. "Oh, it's a nice new car. But where is Daisy?" Leandra asks. "It is Daisy. I fixed her for you," I say. "No, no, no, no, nooooo! What have you done with Daisy? She had a character. You took away all our memories! She looks like all the other cars. Where is the scratch on the door? It is where Mrs. Green from neighbourhood watch strached her when she thought I was a thug and hit the door with her cane. And the bump on the bonnet. It is when Daisy and I accidently ran over old man Barnie with his wheelchair and had t

Not cool!

Leandra's POV"What's where you going? You're going to get us killed! You missed that car by a few inches! She did not even look when you turned into the street!" Dante shouts. "I will come on that car was far away! Can you shut up? You are making me nervous. Do you want us to make an accident? Know how to drive. However, I cannot drive with somebody shouting at me all the time. It makes me nervous," I shout back. "Watch out!" Dante shouts, and I slam on the breaks. I am here two days this old breaks, not this new breaks. Dante almost flew right through the windscreen."See what you make me do. I almost hit the car in front of us because you were screaming at me," I say. "Think I have whiplash. Stop the car. I will drive from here. You were looking at me and not at the road when you almost dropped into the car in front of us. I saw my life flashing in front of my eyes. We almost hit that car!" Dante shouts. "Zip it! You are not driving Daisy! Please just stay quiet so that I can co

Shopping for a dress.

Dante's POVIt is the first time I look around at where we are. I was so afraid for my life while driving with Leandra that I did not even realize we were at the mall. I know the small there are no boutiques in here. We can't find her a dress here. My mother will never forgive me if I buy her a cheap dress. Why would she come here? I know she's not used to having money, but I have money. I can buy her a lot of clothes. However, I'm not going to buy her this stuff in the normal stores. She is my fiancee. Everybody expects my fiancee to look the best in town because I am well known."What are we doing here? I thought we were going to buy you a dress. We cannot buy you a dress at this mall. The clothing here is way too cheap, and every second person is wearing this clothing. Come. We are going to a boutique in town. I will show you the one that my mother is always using. They will have the dresses that we need to buy," I say."Listen, Don Billionaire. I am not as wealthy as you. I cannot

Leandra is that you?

Leandra's POV"Get out of the car with your hands in the air," The officer says. Dante smiles and keeps sitting in the car. "I'm not going to sit here and let them shoot me. Poor Daisy, she will be full of holes. You want this set, you can set. I am not going to sit. I am getting out of here." I say, with my hands still in the air. "Trust me. They will do nothing," Dante says. I don't care what he says. I'm not taking that chance. I get out of the car with my hands in the air. "Leandra, I should have known it was you!" Officer Mike Morelli says. Oh, just my luck, the same officer that was on duty when I ran over old man Barnie. "Hey! I am getting out of the passenger side. This time, I am innocent," I say. "I should have known you could not drive that well. Who is driving your car, and what happened to Daisy? Did you fix her? She looks nice. You should keep her like this. Who's the maniac who drove the car? If you think that's no good boyfriend of yours, what's his name? Tommy, I

What have I done?

Leandra's POVHe will choose the lingerie. Is that what he said? I told him I was not going to allow him to pick my lingerie for me. Well, underwear. But it's the same thing. Dante is on thin ice. I swear I'm going to kill him before the day is over. First, he tells me I cannot drive, he carries me out of a mall, then her takes me on a hell drive that almost gets me arrested, and now he wants to pick my underwear! This man is a menace. How did I get myself into this situation? Oh, I didn't. He put a ring on my finger. How could I have forgotten about that? Then his mother forced us to become engaged. And tonight I have to be at an engagement party that I don't want to be part off. "Nope, you are not picking out my underwear," I whisper to Dante. "Yes, I am. I am paying for all of this," He smiles."Oh, that is a low blow. I know you are a Don in the Italian Mafia, but I promise you I'm going to kill you before this day is over. You are asking for it," I say. "Hmm. Really? Can you s

You are not funny!

Dante's POVWell, I will never try to tease her again. That did not work out as I planned. I thought she would not do it because she was shy but she showed me wrong. Now, I have to walk with a hardon out of this boutique. It does not even help that she is wearing clothes now. I take off my jacket and hold it in front of me. Leandra smiles as she can see my predicament."You're not funny. Stop smiling at me. You may have won this round, but you did not win the war. Take all the lingerie and let's get the hell out of here," I growl. "Does not help you being grumpy with me. I'm not the one who said that I must put on the lingerie. You only have yourself to blame. Can we drive home normally, please? I don't want to be chased by the police again. I had enough for one day. Besides, I will have to go and take all my stuff at my apartment. I also will have to give up the rent. Maybe I should know not. I'm going to keep the apartment. Where else am I going to stay when you kick me out? It's n

Moving in.

Dante's POV"This is not a house. This is a castle. Are you sure you are not Count Dracula? You are still so young that you can afford a house like this. I almost forgot that you had to inherit it all. I know that you are a Don in the Italian Mafia, but damn man how much money do your family have? Anyway, can I pick a room?" Leandra asks. "Yes, accept the master bedroom on the top floor. That is my room. You will not enter my room unless I tell you you can. I am very private and I do not like people going into my room," I say. "So, what about your lovers? Do you let him sleep in the spare room? Since you are a Casinova or rather a gigolo, is it not uncomfortable to have to get up and walk to the spare room all the time?" Leandra asks. "I am not a gigolo. I do not care what people say. I am just shopping around for the right woman. You sound like my mother. I do not bring women home. I do not want them to know where I live. Do you want me to have to show women away from my house all

We will be late!

Leandra's POVI cannot decide between two dresses. One is a classic black dress. And the other one is a beautiful white dress. However, a white dress reminds me of a wedding and a black dress reminds me of a funeral. However, the black dress is nothing like a funeral dress. It is a little daring. I decided to go with the black dress. It is beautiful and I like the simplicity of it, but it is showing a little skin. I do not want to look like I am going to a wedding. The white dress is a little overdone. I have all these dresses and still, I cannot decide which one to use. Typically me. I am always so indecisive. It is time for me to take charge of my life. This is the time for me to save up. I want to begin my bakery one day. Although I still have to pay for the apartment every month, I don't have to buy food or clothes.I walked down the stairs. Dante is already waiting for me. How does the man get dressed so fast? Help is not going commando again. Perhaps that is why he is getting dr
