It had been a week since my encounter with the human, and I couldn't stop thinking about her. She was always on my mind, and I couldn't get her sweet scent and the sounds she made out of my head. However, I knew I couldn't afford to see her again, and I felt guilty for thinking about another woman for such a long time, especially because of Maxine. As I prepared for today's pack activities, I tried to push the thoughts of the human aside. I took a shower and got dressed in training gear. Chester and I were going to test the selected warriors today. When I walked out of the Royal pack house, many pack members bowed their heads to show respect, and I responded with a nod of my head as I passed them by. When I got to the training grounds, the warriors were already in line, and I took my stance on the elevated podium and began to address them. I reminded them of their responsibilities and sacrifices as a warrior of the Blood Moon pack and congratulated them on making it to this stage. W

CHAPTER 6UNKNOWN POVThe bright light of the full moon in Blood Moon Pack illuminates the path as a shadowy figure sprints along the border, her breaths coming out in short, ragged gasps. She has to be careful, stealthy, and quick, or she might end up getting caught by the guards patrolling the area. As she approaches the entrance of a cave, she comes to a sudden halt and snaps her fingers twice, producing a strange sound. A massive stone blocking the entrance rolls back, revealing a hidden entrance. The figure takes a deep breath and steps inside the cave, the sound of her footsteps echoing through the narrow passageway. With a sly grin on her face, she lowers her hood, revealing a beautiful face adorned with sharp cheekbones and piercing green eyes. She knows that she's taking a big risk by entering the rogue pack's territory, but she has to do this for her people.As she entered, she asked, "Can you show me where Damon is?" As we made our way, my wolf spoke to me through our connection, "She is weak and pathetic," he said, and I couldn't agree more. I wondered if she really was going to be the mother of my pup. To make matters worse, she annoyed me because she constantly argued with me, something I wasn't used to.When we arrived at her apartment, Colin was standing guard at the door. Chapter 10-ALPHA RYDER As I walked towards the training grounds, I noticed something peculiar. Chester, the Gamma of our pack, was helping a human with cleaning tasks. This was unusual behaviour as I had never seen him doing such menial tasks before. I approached him while taking note of the human working at the far end of the training grounds.Chester sensed my presence and turned around to address me, calling me by my name as we were alone, just like he used to do when we were younger and I didn't have a title.I asked him, "Chester, what's going on? Why are you cleaning?"Chester replied, "I'm helping her out.
