Lahat ng Kabanata ng Rejected By My Hockey Alpha: Kabanata 1 - Kabanata 10

Timothy's POV"Did you see that creepy little Omega last night?" Madison's voice cuts through the steam in my private shower stall, in a mocking tone. She's perched on the bench outside, filing her nails like she owns the place. "The one who was watching us?" she adds with a cruel laugh.I grunt noncommittally, scrubbing harder than necessary. Truth is, I can't get Penelope Hale's face out of my head the way her eyes went wide with shock, then crumpled with devastation. Something about her expression bothers me more than it should."I posted the video," Madison continues, her voice dripping with satisfaction as she examines her manicure. "It's already got three thousand views." She pauses, letting the number sink in. "Poor thing probably doesn't realize how obvious she's been.""You posted what?" The words come out harsher than intended, my jaw clenching."The stalker video." She sounds pleased with herself, nail file clicking against her teeth. "Someone needed to put her in her plac

Timothy's POVKael won't shut up.My wolf has been pacing and snarling in my mind all day, ever since that incident with Penelope in the tunnel. He keeps throwing images at me her stricken face, the way she stumbled when she ran. Something that makes every instinct I possess stand at attention."You're distracted," Dad observes from behind his massive oak desk. The Alpha's office overlooks our territory like a throne room, all dark wood."Madison's father called. He's concerned about your commitment to their arrangement."I force myself to focus on his words instead of Kael's increasingly agitated whining. "What arrangement?""Don't play stupid, Timothy." His eyes narrow dangerously. "The mating contract we've been negotiating. Madison Sawyer is perfect Alpha Luna material strong bloodline, political connections, proper breeding."The words feel strange to my ears, what was I expecting to just fuck and pass. Madison family had strong political connections in the werewolf pack and my da

Timothy's POVI stare at Penelope, her words hanging in the air between us. She just touched my hand and jerked back like she'd been burned. Now she's looking at me with those big hazel eyes, waiting for me to say something."Please," she whispers, wrapping her arms around herself. "Please don't tell me you didn't feel that."I did feel it. The second her skin touched mine, something inside me snapped into place. Kael suddenly went crazy in my head, pacing and snarling with recognition.Mate.The word hits me like a punch to the gut. Not just attraction or lust, but the real deal. The Moon Goddess bond every wolf talks about. And it's with her some nobody Omega who's been following me around school. My whole world just flipped upside down. Everything my father expects, everything planned for my future, the engagement they announced tonight—all of it means nothing now.Penelope steps closer, and I can smell her properly now. Something sweet, like flowers, but also something that's just

Penelope's POVI walk through the woods toward Moon Grove, my heart beating so fast I can barely breathe. Timothy said he wanted to tell me something important today first before the ceremony started, and after last night when he felt that spark between us, I know what it has to be.He's going to tell me he feels the bond too.But when I reach the clearing, my steps slow down. There are lots of people here. Pack members stand around the sacred stones, their faces serious and expectant. Alpha Blackthorn waits near the center, looking pleased about something. My stomach starts to twist."What's happening?" I ask a woman standing near me, trying to keep my voice steady."The Alpha heir called for a ceremony," she says, glancing at me with curiosity. "Some kind of announcement."My heart skips. He's going to announce our bond in front of everyone. He's choosing me publicly, showing the whole pack that love matters more than politics.I smooth down my dress and try to calm my nerves. Thi

Timothy's POVI haven't slept in three days. Every time I close my eyes, I see Penelope collapsing in the snow, and hear the sound she made when the bond broke. Like something dying inside of her.Now I'm sitting in my truck outside the school, watching students head to their morning classes. Looking for honey-blonde hair and hazel eyes that will probably never look at me the same way again. My phone buzzes with a text from Madison: Can't wait for tonight! Dad's making dinner reservations to celebrate.I deleted it without responding. The thought of celebrating anything right now makes me sick.Another buzz, this time from Ethan: Where are you? The coach is pissed that you missed morning practice.I should care about hockey, about keeping my prospects alive, but everything feels pointless now. Like I'm going through the motions of someone else's life.Kael has been completely silent since the rejection. Not angry, not disappointed—just gone. My wolf, who's been my constant companion s
