BETHIt's Sunday morning, so I decided to go for a jog.I needed to get out and think.I get up and get some work outwear, grabbing a matching set from the closet.I grabbed my wallet, phone, and keys.Go out to the park and take a minute to stare out at the pond.Start to control my breathing, then begin the jog around the pond.
