I stared at her in surprise. The look on her face.. she really doesn't know that her son took someone else too?? Then, I noticed something, Felix which was right behind her was shaking at his spot. His eyes seemed like he knew all that was happening but Diana isn't supposed to. That means Liam didn't follow the actual plan he had told his mother. I was the only one meant to be kidnapped!Oh well, that seems more like a family matter. Who cares what happens to their bond."She's right there!" I muttered, nodding towards the TV Liam had turned on earlier.Diana's attention finally moved to it and her eyes widened when she saw Jenny."What's that lady doing there?" She asked them. None of them could reply as they were only following their Alpha's orders."I didn't request for you to ask stupid questions, just bring her to me or the next thing I'll do will spell doom for your son!" I threatened her.A deep scowl creeped onto her face but she didn't say anything back to me. Instead, she or

《Author's POV》Diana's boots clicked hard on the floor as she walked towards the room Liam was taken to. When she got in and saw the blood spilling out of his neck and shoulders, her rage increased. The doctor had set to work immediately but he still wouldn't stop bleeding. With just a glance, anyone could tell that he wasn't bitten at that spot once. The bite Avery had inflicted on him was far too deep. "Why can't this stupid son of mine just follow my instructions?! Why does he always have to do whatever he likes?? Look at what has happened now!!" She thought in frustration. The plan had been botched after Liam decided to work on his own. She knew this would happen; the brat still hadn't gotten over that whore after everything she had put him through. He still tags along with her, begging for her heart like she's the only eligible female in the wolf world. "You can always find someone better! Why that bitch? Why do you have to throw everything you have away for her?!" She thought

The door let out a small creaking sound open with the bunch of keys jingling at the back as I slowly pushed it open. I peeked out a bit and darted my eyes towards my left and my right. The hallway was empty; definitely not what I was expecting a cage's surroundings would be. Where is everyone?"What's wrong Avery?" Jenny asked when she noticed the look in my eyes."It's nothing Jen. Let's just make a run for it now that we have the chance to." I muttered, ignoring the feeling within me.I didn't have the time nor the luxury to think that far at the moment. Who knows when they will return. Even if both Liam and Diana have been knocked out, it doesn't mean they will let us go.Afterall, Felix is still here."Come on." I whispered to Jenny and she walked out of the room, her eyes moving from side to side with anxiety in her eyes. I can't blame her though, we are in the enemy's territory.I pulled out the bunch of keys from the back of the door knob and placed them at the front. As I pul

Felix had almost forgotten that someone else was there with them."What else does he know? The truth??" He thought to himself as he eyes the doctor suspiciously."No way!" He immediately refuted his thoughts."There's no way he would think that far. That's just a stretch from my end." He thought to himself; deciding to act like he didn't know anything."Where did she go?" Liam asked, his attention moving to the doctor. The doctor scratched his head nervously;"I don't know but one thing I could tell is that whoever she's going to meet.. it's definitely the end of the road for them." The doctor said."Huh??""Well she kept on muttering words like 'it's all her fault' under her breath so I figured she was going to meet someone." He explained. The eyes of both Felix and Liam widened."He knows more than I expected!" Felix thought."Avery! She went to meet with Avery!!" Liam stood up from the bed and stormed out of the room before Felix could stop him.He didn't care about anything else,

When Avery's and Liam's eyes met, he couldn't help but see the shock and horror in them."You thought I was dead huh?" He muttered with a smirk on his lips. He was enjoying that moment, hunting her... the feeling of being the predator especially when his prey had nowhere to hide.He raised his right arm and with a little swing of his index finger, the warriors sent the arrows flying. Avery was quick to warn Jenny so she wasn't harmed but she couldn't dodge the arrows because she was distracted so one of them pierced her shoulders.Liam's face darkened when he saw thet."Who shot her?" He asked as he turned to face the warriors. The warriors were frightened with the way he stared at them. Who would dare hit the Alpha's woman?? A few seconds later, one of them slowly moved forward, his head bowed as he was unable to stare at Liam in the eye.He immediately got on his knees, shivering as he begged for his life;"I didn't expect it would hit her Alpha! I only followed your command and..
