Tristan's POV As I walked into The Stern Hotel, I saw Elona standing in the lobby. She was the only person that stood out. Everyone's attention was on her, she was just beautiful. I approached her and she smiled at me. I hope that this day I can spend it with her and cherish the moments together. I asked her here because I wanted to be alone with her and that is what we would have. Time spent alone and not worrying about whether we will be caught or not. "Hi," I smiled at her. "Hey," she said shyly, returning my smile. "One second." I went over to the front desk and I booked a room for a few hours. Once I got the key. I walked towards Elona, I took her hand in mine and I led the way to the elevator. There were three people who entered the elevator after us and I could not wait to get to the room, just to be free and not worrying about anyone else that we could run into publicly too.

Elona's POVI waited for Cris so that we could go and check up on Spooky as he still hadn't responded to our texts, even calls. Cris was awaiting feedback for an internship from SNT. She would be able to finish school and automatically work for SNT once she is accepted. So, as she waits for that text, we will be on a mission to find Spooky. I already sent a text to Tristan to find out how he is doing this morning after he showed up drunk at my house last night. My phone chimed as I walked down the stairs. I took my phone out of my denim shorts pocket.Cris: I am sorry to break this to you, but I need to go to SNT, and they are having a weekend away for the interns. My dad is also not himself, he has a hangover. But chat soon.No wonder Tristan hasn't been texting me back. I reached the kitchen. "I'm going out with some friends, don't wait up," my father said as he was dressed in blue jeans and a white t-shirt. A hoodie draped over his arm

Elona's POVI reached my hand out with my eyes still closed but I felt an empty space beside me. I opened my eyes but squinted at the sunlight. Tristan wasn't beside me and I sat up straight taking in the surroundings of my bedroom. I rubbed my eyes and yawned. As I stretched I winced as my body was stiff and sore. I was still naked. Tristan finally f^cked me and I smiled to myself.I looked over to my bedside table and there was a folded note laying against the lamp. I reached for it and unfolded it.Elona, I don't want you to think that I just got up and left. I am being careful. I waited until you fell asleep and then I left. I love to stare at you even while you sleep. You are beautiful and you make me forget about things. Please, come over to my house, Cris is away for the weekend and you have me all to yourself. I love you. Tristan. My heart stopped when I read the last part. There it was again. I love you. I trac

Tristan's POV I sat at my desk as I stare at the laptop screen in front of me that was displaying a line of codes. The recent cyberattack on my company had thrust me into a position I hadn't anticipated. I took a sip of my lukewarm coffee, the bitter taste matching the bitterness that had settled within me since the breach. There was a knock on the door and I looked up from the screen "Mr Crane, any progress on the investigation?" Stan, my IT specialist asked as he approached my desk, concern etched on his face. I rubbed my temples, feeling the weight of my responsibility. "Not yet. They are good, Stan. Really good. But I won't rest until I find who is behind this." Stan nodded, "As you should. We will find this person," he said, and then he walked out of my office, back to his workstation. I looked at the laptop screen again and then my phone rang. I averted my

Elona's POV I was stunned by what Tristan had told me. I turned around and walked back inside my house. I was not sure what Maggie was doing here, but seeing Tristan with her again made me so mad that I felt betrayed. I walked up the stairs to my bedroom and I took my phone out of my denim shorts pocket. There was a text from Cris. Cris: Please, have a sleepover by me tonight. I know that it's a school night, but I am bored, and I haven't seen you this weekend. Please say you will. I smiled at her text and this would play in Tristan's favor. Me: Yes, I will. I packed a little bag. I was not going over there now. I will go tonight when it is a bit dark. I finished my homework until it was time to go to her. Cris was not at school today. She opened the door. "I missed you!" she exclaimed and took me into her embrace. "I mis
