Mister's Revenge

It had been three weeks since Queen Rebecca had taken over and Mister, Pearl and Justin had been "killed". In reality they had been sent scurrying away from the castle and into hiding in the caves behind the waterfall. The weeks had gone by so much faster than Della had expected. The first few days after they had returned home had been pure chaos. Not only did they all have to get caught back up at work, but they had to jump immediately into planning for a baby, finding doctors, and organizing a whole ass wedding. Della felt more tired now than she did when she had finally left the castle. A lot of it may have been due to the little life growing inside of her, but she didn't know enough about being pregnant yet to make the connection. Now she was in her room packing to go back to the castle to meet up with her mother and her crew to make all of the final arrangements for her big day with Caine. It was getting late in the afternoon when their plane landed at the small private airport that was situated at the bottom of the mountain. It was pretty quiet when Cat and Della left the airplane and made their way back into the terminal. As soon as they got to the common area, Della began trying to call Caine again, but she got no answer. She had a perplexed look on her face as she and Cat wandered over to collect their luggage. Della tried again to call her sister. She was more than irritated when she didn't get an answer there either. "I wonder where everyone is? They couldn't have at least sent a car?" Della fumed. Caine was so distraught about the fact that Mister had managed to steal Della from him, yet again, that he had been shifted into his dragon form for hours. He was flying desperately back and forth, in a grid pattern over the area above the entire castle grounds. His pitiful roars and cries could be heard echoing all over the mountain, and down into the valley below. It was a hollow and sad cry, so very sad that the sound of it made you want to hide, for fear that it might actually suffocate you. It was early morning when Della woke up back in the hospital wing. She panicked a little at first, fearing that she had been dreaming about her life over the last few weeks, and that she had been there the whole time. Had her life really all been taken away?? Was she really stuck in this chaos forever? She shot straight up in the bed, she was breathing heavily, and frantically looking around.
