"I want the entire show" he said, looking her in the eye. "I beg your pardon?" She asked, frowning in confusion, straightening on her chair. "I want the entire fucking show, get your information from me, talk to me, seduce me, sleep with me if you have to. I want to see how you work" he said, crossing his arms over his chest "only then would I decide whether or not to keep you in the job" *********************** When Aurora is assigned to work for her Don and Alpha's son, complications happen. The new Capo Dei Capi, Alpha Dante puts her up for a challenge. She is to impress HIM and get the information that she and his father were looking for.

âFuckâĶâ he hissed, reaching his climax and emptying himself in the condom, riding himself off as he rested his forehead in the crook of my neck.
âDid you cum, baby?â He asked, his voice above a whisper, and lying, I hummed in response.
He pulled out of me, and I couldnât help but hiss at the sudden feeling of being empty. Watching as he removed his condom, he threw it in the bin before cupping my cheeks, kissing me gently. I smiled into the kiss, wrapping my arms around his neck, unlatching the necklace before he could notice.
The two of us pulled away, and smiling, I got up from bed and started getting ready to leave.
âLeaving already?â He asked, watching as I bent down to get my pants, putting the necklace inside my pocket. I put on my panties and went to slide my pants on, knowing that it would be minutes before he noticed the missing ornament. I looked at the open bottle of scotch, biting my bottom lip before taking it, pouring myself a third or fourth cup tonight, gulping it down.
âYes, you know how things are, love, but Iâm sure that we would be getting around meeting sometimesâ I said, buttoning my pants before standing up to put on my bra. He wrapped his arms around me from the back, and kissing my cheek, I smiled, allowing him the second of affection. However, seeing as I was already half dressed, he took a step back, allowing me to put my shirt and hoodie on. I turned around to face him, and wrapping an arm around his neck, I connected my lips with his own in a last kiss.
âYou really did satisfy me, I have to admit that much, Rosaâ
âThat is something to be happy aboutâ I said, biting down my bottom lip. He smirked, watching as I took a step back to get my purse while he wrapped a towel around his lower half. I prayed that he didnât notice that he was no longer wearing the necklace, and thankfully, so far, he hasnât.
âI will see you aroundâ he said, opening the door for me as I walked toward it. He cupped my cheek and pecked my lips, running his finger over my jawline âthere are still a few tricks up my sleeve that I would like to share with youâ
âIs that so?â I asked, raising an amused eyebrow. He simply smirked in response, and walking out the door, I sped up, heading to the elevator to leave the building.
I pulled my phone out of my pocket just as I saw security entering the building, and rolling my eyes, I took off the red wig and bald cap I was wearing, throwing them aside before pulling the hood of my sweater over my head. I dialed the Alphaâs number, knowing that he would be waiting for my call.
âThe job is done, Alphaâ I said, once he answered the phone. Trying to focus on walking in a straight line as the alcoholâs effect started wearing off.
âNot that I expected otherwiseâ he said, casually. I could picture him smirking as he heard the news.
âI will be bringing it to you tomorrow morning, or do you want me to pass by tonight?â I asked, heading to a nearby stop, knowing that taxis would usually pass by there for those who were mostly drunk, wanting to head home.
âYou can keep it until tomorrow. The two of us are going to need to talk anywayâ
âIs everything alright, Alpha?â
âYes, donât worry about it, Rose, or must I call you Aurora since your duty is over?â He teased, making me laugh âbe safe and head home, Iâll see you in the morningâ
âAlright, boss, until thenâ
Hanging up the phone, I put it back inside my purse before looking at the street, waiting to find a cab which would be passing. My chest ached, and for a second, I felt like my breath got caught up in my throat, the feeling of someone watching me causing shivers to run down my spine.
âItâs a cold nightâ a man said, standing beside me, causing me to jump. His chocolate brown eyes met my dull green ones, causing me to freeze, and frowning in confusion, it took me a second to actually realize that he was talking to me âwhat is a girl like you, doing out, alone, and tipsy, in a night like this?â
âI was out with my friends, and you? And I am not drunkâ I asked, raising an eyebrow at the man. I wasnât one who feared when people approached or spoke to me, I knew how to fend for myself if needed. However, something told me that I didnât need to; however, I couldnât help but notice how giddy my wolf suddenly became.
âClubbing with my friends, I never said that you were drunk. I simply said, tipsyâ he said, pinching the bridge of his nose. I couldnât help but feel goosebumps rise over my arm, and looking up at the sky, he looked down at his hand. I frowned in confusion, and following his gaze, I noticed that he was extending an umbrella toward me.
âItâs going to pour in a few minutes, and I donât think that you will be finding a cab anytime soon. Might as well have an umbrella with youâ he said, winking at me. He took my hand in his, and feeling a spark course through my body, I flinched, removing my hand; however, the man didnât give me any time to respond or react as he walked away, heading toward a car that was parked upfront.
Shaking my head, I looked down at the umbrella in my hand to notice that my pantâs front pocket was turned out. The necklace was nowhere to be seen and it didnât take me long to figure out that HE was the one who took it.
âFucking bastardâ I hiccupped, my thoughts getting jumbled âhow am I going to explain this to the Alpha nowâĶ?â
*******************************
âWhat do you mean that you lost it, Aurora? We have been searching for the necklace for months, and you just lost it in a second?â Alpha Giovanni asked, disappointment lacing his tone. I massaged my temple as I tried finding the proper way to explain the situation; however, seeing as the man was not only pissed at me, but disappointed too, I couldnât bring myself to open my mouth.
âI told you that hiring a woman to do a manâs job was not a good ideaâ a man said, entering the office. His voice caused my heart to skip a beat, and turning to face him, my eyes caught sight of the familiar brown eyes that I saw. He looked at Alpha Giovanni, and pulling out the necklace, he threw it on the desk in front of him.
âYouâĶâ
âIf it isnât the little drunk Rosalyn, Rose, or if weâre going to go by your real name, Auroraâ he said, mocking me, causing my chest to ache as I saw the look of disgust in his eyes. One word kept playing in my head, and seeing his cold behavior, I couldnât help but worry about him not feeling the same bond.

Leonardo:Fifteen years ago:âLeo, you shouldnât be disrespecting your Alpha!â Angelina said, snapping at me. I had to fight letting out a low growl at the woman who wouldnât even listen to me. The fact that she just assumed that I was disrespecting him simply because I was responding to him was something that I couldnât get my head around, but then again, as mom always told me, he was her son, and I wasnât. âI did not disrespect him! He was the one who yelled at meâ I snapped, making mom growl in warning. And that was when I snapped âwhy donât you ask me what happened? Why did you just assume that I disrespected him? He left ME to be bullied while he went back to Elena, and I asked why he didnât helpââWould he have left his little sister to get hurt?â Angelina asked âthe girl is six, and SHE was the one who was bullied, if you had defended her, it is because it is your duty. If that is something that you cannot get inside your head, why are you considering yourself her older brothe
Dante: âAre you sure that this is the first thing you want to do after being away from home for the past month?â I asked Alessandro who smirked as he crossed his arms over his chest. He looked at mom who smiled and nodded, knowing that he would be coming to her when he was done. âYes, I have a few things to catch up on later, but for now, there is a little mosquito that I want to get rid ofâ he said, making me chuckle. I nodded and Alessandro, Nicolas, and I walked toward the cells. I knew that Aurora was in the house making us something to eat before I came, and we would be having the first family dinner together, as literally one family, for the first time since Alessandro was shot. Alpha Sebastian, who has something that he wants to tell Nicolas and I, was also here. Thankfully, we had an idea about what he was going to tell us, but being an Alpha, and Elenaâs brothers above all, he knew that he needed to speak to us first before proceeding with anything. Seeing as I had no reaso
Eva: I stared at Madam Clara who was holding my child in her arms, trying to convince myself that this was not just a dream, and I wonât wake up not finding my son in front of me. âI named him Marcellus, Marcel for shortâ she said âI remember you telling me that you wanted to name him that when you were first pregnant if the baby was a boyâ âHow?â I asked, trying to stop my tears from falling from my eyes. Maria, who was sitting beside me, wrapped her arm around me as she pulled me to her chest, trying to comfort me. âAlpha Sebastian got us out that night. It turns out he lived in the same building at the time, and just as he was trying to escape the fire, he heard our voices. He broke the door and came inside. I donât even know how he managed to get us out without getting any of us killed. But I remember waking up around a month or so later, with him holding Marcel in his arms, and looking at me in the hospital bed. I had lost consciousness during the fireâ she said, making my he
Aurora: âAurora, heâs opening his eyes, you can relaxâ Dante said, wrapping his arms around me from the back, stopping me from pacing as we waited in the waiting room. âWhat?â I asked, turning around to face him, hoping that this wasnât something that I just imagined. âYour dad is waking up, the nurse just told me. Theyâre taking him to his room now, then we can go and see himâ he said, and wrapping my arms around him, I hugged him tightly as tears fell from my eyes before I could stop them. Having changed the wedding dress to clothes that Maria bought for me, I was now wearing sweatpants and a white crop top and Danteâs suit jacket. He and Nicolas rolled their shirt sleeves up, and weâve been here throughout the night, waiting for good news to come. âIt means heâs fine, right? Theyâre not going to need to send him to the ER againâĶ?â âAurora, breathe, neonataâ he whispered to me, stopping me âhe is fine. The bullet didnât touch his heart, and the lost blood, they donated to him,
Dante: I smiled as the doors opened, revealing my mate who was walking out wearing her beautiful white wedding dress. Alessandro had his arm looped with hers, and the smile on her face could be seen a mile away under the beautiful white veil she wore. Alessandroâs eyes met mine and he smiled, both happy and proud of the two of us for making such a choice. I knew that he was also happy that he, at least, got to have a chance of taking one role of a father, considering that he had lost so much time and had missed so much in his daughterâs life. Momâs eyes met mine and the smile of proudness that was on her face was one that I would never forget, and looking at Nicolas who stood beside me as my best man, I smiled, thankful for the man who has entered my life so suddenly but changed so much about me. My brother, someone that I knew that I could at least lean on when I felt weak, and the best part was, he didnât do it for anything in return, for once, I met a person who was being genuin
Aurora: My heart raced against my ribcage as I walked out of the dressing room, wearing my wedding dress. Anastasia, Eva, and Elena, who were my bridesmaids, gasped when they saw me. And catching sight of my reflection, I couldnât help the tears that formed in my eyes. I never thought that I would ever live to see this moment, especially being a wolf, we didnât really have weddings. âNo, no, you are not going to ruin your makeup with your tearsâ Eva said, wiping my tears from my eyes before they fell. Her eyes met mine and I smiled, wrapping my arms around her, thankful for the help that she and the girls showed me. These were things that a girl mostly did with her mother and sisters, I was blessed with sisters of choice. âThank you for todayâ I said, pulling away from the hug to look at the girls âall of you, I swear I donât know what I would have done if it werenât for you being there for meâ Elena and Anastasia hugged me, and I smiled as tears fell from my eyes. And catchin
