Finished binging that a month ago. The story had a closure to the central relationship and the mystery of the MC’s past in the last chapter, which was somewhat dark and ambiguous. I don’t think the viewers are left with many questions as to what happens next, so no waiting for non-existent next seasons for this one. All 70+ episodes are available to read.

I finished this manhwa and it is completed, so you can read it from start to finish without having to wait for updates. The ending really does resolve all the story’s main conflicts in a very intense and mostly gray way. Be prepared for a very heavy ending to the story, it really fits the story well though.

This one is kind of a mess. It says it’s completed on the official Lezhin translation, but it does end with a final chapter that completes the story for the most part. However, there are many reports from a forum for Korean readers of the webnovel saying that the end was altered/ruchked down from the webnovel for some reason, which is why some of the characters’ motivations seem to get cut off in the end.

No, this is completed (translated now). I don’t feel this the same as it was during the time it was updating because it’s not ongoing. The dark & slow portions of it tend to lose some of their ‘odds of getting worse’ feeling as it’s read now as opposed to during the wait for the next update of the series. Completing it is more of a utility than satisfying. Highly recommend this for its art & for this deeply uncomfortable character study.

The status of Corrosive keeps changing for many people, since it was published on Lezhin and the story finally completed in the manhwa. However, whether or not the ending feels complete is up for debate. Also, note that some of the chapters have been removed from Lezhin and re-posted in their place, for reasons unknown to me.

I finished reading it awhile back and, while the story doesn’t end on a cliffhanger with regards to Mi-ae and Sooha, their highly toxic relationship does receive a conclusion – albeit not completely flattering to either of them. While the progression of the story was generally fine, the final third of the manhwa was certainly more paced than the rest of the highly psychological early chapters. The last third of the manhwa does get its “closure” but it’s not perfectly executed to say the least.

The author of Corrosive has gone on to work on other projects. While it is possible to read the entire story, I would not recommend it to anyone expecting every plot thread to be neatly tied up at the end.

Also nice to follow the art evolution on this one. It really went up a notch from the first chapters to the current ones. From good to pure cinema. The artist must really care about this work as this kind of improvement only happens on long-term projects. A 10-chapter series isn’t long enough to improve this much.

Is mom addiction manhwa completed or ongoing?

I pretty much binge-read ‘Mom Addiction’ last month, while I was sick and hadn’t any other books to read. It has a clear ending, resolving the main conflict. I read a complete translated copy of the novel, without any ‘to be continued’ notes. So you’re safe to start reading ‘Mom Addiction’ without having to wait for further updates. The ending was a bit abrupt, but all chapters are included. I wouldn’t expect any more chapters to be added.

Does empty room manhwa have a completed ending?

Oh yeah, it dropped. No ending. I read through everything that was there in one sitting, and then the silence after the last panel was kind of ironic to the title of the book. Don’t read this thinking it’s going to end somewhere.

Is Selfish Romance a completed or ongoing novel?

Honestly, I gave up waiting for the completion of the story. I read until chapter 280 or so and than put it on hold until it is completed in full. I was getting annoyed by the weekly release of very small cliffhangers. I want to experience the whole emotional arc, not have to wait weeks or even months for something to happen and then have to process it all within a short time span. Right now, it is in a state of limbo – not completed, but not being read either. Occasionally I check up on the status of the series. If you don’t have a lot of patience for the kind of tension that is created by the slow unfolding of a story in installments over time (especially when it comes to the non-communication of a couple offictional characters over the span of 10 chapters or more), then by all means bookmark it and come back to it later. Life is too short for that.

Is 'Trash of the Count's Family' completed or ongoing?

As you can probably tell, Ongoing is an ongoing series. Right now, we’ve had over 800 chapters in Korean and in the 700s in English. As for just how long that is, well, it’s longer than most of the classic fantasy series out there. The depth of the world is incredible, too. For example, you could probably write a pretty lengthy essay detailing the economic policies currently in place in the Henituse county. Or there’s the matter of the ancient gods and their current place in the world. As an ongoing series, readers have plenty of space to delve into the various ‘rabbit holes’ of interest created within the series. And, in the meantime, they can discuss their opinions on what’s transpired so far in relation to the ongoing story. We hope you enjoy it.

Is Made in Abyss manga finished or ongoing?

The serialization is still ongoing albeit slowly, and Creator Akihito Tsukushi is involved with the anime as well. However, the core of the work is the manga and it is continuing. We follow the main characters into the 7th Layer. This area is different from the adventures that occurred in the upper layers and is horror of a surreal genre. The rules established in the upper layers are being broken and are being transformed in unexpected ways. It’s both fascinating and scary to read. I’m reading the official versions of the manga, which have excellent translations and superior printing. The irregular serialization has taught me to appreciate each volume as a complete, self-contained work that can be read and even re-read and studied in detail.

Does Bad Life manhwa have a happy ending?

8 Answers2025-09-12
I coincidentally listened to some really mellow music while finishing up the final chapter of my story. The music is soft and instrumental, which just somehow even more deeply emphasized my massive sense of "It's over. They're okay." I already kind of explained in my earlier post that the main conflict driving the story was this conspiracy that the main characters had to survive in order to reach a happy ending. Well, I can confirm that the main conflict has reached its end. The main threat to the characters has been averted. This is the bare minimum to call a happy ending in most stories. How the story then goes on from there can have all sorts of different tones and add all sorts of depth to the various character arcs. But from a purely structural standpoint, I've written a closed, positive resolution. And yes, it's layered and so very emotionally rich, too. But that's all just to answer the one basic question that drove the entire story: Will they survive the conspiracy? The answer is simple: Yes. And now they can really thrive in the wake of having survived it all.

Is Blame! manga finished or ongoing?

3 Answers2026-06-23
‘Blame!’ finished years ago and its influence is widespread, notably in games such as ‘Sable’ and ‘Control’. Nihei’s dark, biomechanical and frequently smudged pen work makes each page a viewpoint into the ruins of a long dead civilization. The manga completing is actually a positive and that final shot of Killy walking away is more memorable than most series’ current cliffhangers. Existential science fiction of the highest order and if that’s your bag then ‘Blame!’ is a must-read.

How does flowers are bait manhwa end?

This also ties into an earlier point. While the central plot is a romance, the main message of the story is that there are many ways to find fulfillment, and being single is just as good as being in a relationship. I liked that some of the side characters ended up single but happy as well. One of the friend characters in particular had a really sweet arc where she discovered self-love and was working to advance her career, and she ended up single but happy, which was really nice to see. This story does a great job of showing a realistic world where not every character is in a romantic relationship by the end, as so many romance novels do. It’s a small thing, but a really powerful and sweet touch to this otherwise great story.

Is 'Unscentable' a completed novel or still ongoing?

My greatest frustration with The Opposite is the lack of any definitive word from the author. While I would prefer that the author issued a definitive statement of closure (i.e. "I'm done. Sorry." — and we could all mourn accordingly), this limbo is far, far worse. It's the hope — sometimes even/faustianly sparked by an author-likes-a-tweet-about-writing-perl a random tweet in the hopes that the linked URL will bring closure (and frequently get crushed by another false start) — that kills you. Occasionally, every few months or so, someone will pop up in a forum and say, "Did you guys see that the author liked a tweet about writing?" And for one glimmering day of hopeful, excruciating false start, the whole online forum will erupt into a new round of enthusiastic, tortured speculation. Then nothing will happen again. And it will continue. My best advice is to consider The Opposite complete in its current form. The end of the story is chapter 147. Whatever happens after that? The author doesn't know and you have to be okay with that. If you're not okay with that — then read something else. Save yourself the heartache.
