Man, I'm gonna go against the grain here and say I've had terrible luck finding quality for that ship on the big sites. Most of what I've clicked feels super OOC, like Shinobu becomes a giggling schoolgirl or Giyuu turns into a secret romantic poet. It's cringe. I ended up finding a small, tightly-moderated Discord server dedicated to 'Demon Slayer' fanworks, and the shared docs there have some amazingly in-character short stories. People actually discuss butterfly poison chemistry and Giyuu's survivor's guilt.
It's not a platform you'd 'discover' in a normal search, though. You gotta know someone who knows someone. I found it through a Tumblr blog that reblogs fanart with specific, detailed commentary on their dynamic. So maybe the 'platform' isn't a site, it's a network of weirdos on social media who care too much about trauma and subtle glances.
Archive of Our Own, no contest. The tag wrangling means you can find the exact flavor you want: fix-it, slow burn, even crossovers with other series. I filter by 'completed' and 'high kudos' and usually find three or four stories where their tension—the unspoken grief and duty—actually gets explored properly. FF.net feels abandoned for this fandom, and other places just don't have the critical mass of writers who can handle Shinobu's layered anger.
Huh, interesting pairing choice. You'd think with Giyuu's whole 'I must be alone' schtick, Shinobu's calculated cheer would clash, but that's where the good stuff lives. I've found most of the decent fics live on AO3 because the tagging system is built for this—you can filter for that exact pairing plus 'Alternate Universe' or 'Canon Divergence' easy. FF.net still has a few old-school authors who write for them, but the quality's hit or miss, like digging through a dusty attic.
Honestly, the best GiyuShino crossover I read was actually a post-canon, slice-of-life thing on AO3 where they run a tea shop together in a modern setting. It was less about demons and more about two very broken people learning to communicate through chamomile blends, weirdly effective. I'd skip Wattpad altogether for this niche; the tags are chaos, and everything's buried under a mountain of reader-insert stuff.
Just sort by kudos on AO3 and you'll find the gems.

Duncan "Ford" Stanford, the werewolf king
*****************************************************************************************
Ford kissed my neck down to the curve where it met my shoulder, then started licking and nibbling. I moaned and moved my head to give him better access. It felt so good. His right arm gripped me tightly against him as the nibbling became firmer little bites. Every nerve in my body thrilled at the little shocks of pain that were then soothed away by his tongue. Suddenly, I realized what was happening. He was thinking of marking me. Even though I didn't really want to make him stop, I had to. At the next hard nibble, I squeaked. “That hurt! Don't bite so hard, Ford!” I scolded. “Sorry, baby. I got carried away. You just taste so good.” He said, moving away. The loss of his body on mine was difficult, but I couldn't let myself be marked by a werewolf. *******************************************************************************************

The Wife Of Great Demon King is the journey of Luna Edwards and her lover, the powerful demon king, Leo Valdez. A fateful meeting when Luna was forced to marry the demon king so that she could protect her family. She had no choice because her family signed a contract to sell their life to the devil.
Leo Valdez, the demon of hatred, the demon king holding thousands of demons in his hands, who can make the whole world sink in pain and death. He is a cold-blooded person who doesn't know what love is, but since he met Luna. Her warmth and sunny smile melted the heart of a demon lord making him fall in love with her and want to possess her for his own.
The battle broke out between the seven powerful demon kings for world domination. Human greed, envy, and hatred have made the seven great demon kings more and more powerful. War broke out and Luna, an ordinary person, was suddenly caught up in the battle of the demon kings. With her love and kindness, Luna not only made Leo Valdez feel that there was not only hatred in this world but also love and sympathy. Just knowing how to forgive, all hatred in the world will disappear. And when Leo fell in love with Luna, it was also when he gradually lost his own strength, he learned to love, learned to understand and then he no longer felt the meaning of existence in the world.
Two independent individuals, one person and one demon, seemingly parallel lines, finally met and created a heartbreakingly beautiful love story.
Honestly, you're asking at a tricky time. The whole Giyuu/Shinobu ship—‘GiyuShino’ or sometimes ‘ShinoGiyu’ depending on who you ask—has kind of a weird fandom footprint. It's not as massive as, say, Giyuu/Sanemi or Tanjiro-centric stuff, so the really popular crossovers can be scattered. My usual haunt is Archive of Our Own, obviously. The tag filtering there is your best friend. If you go to the 'Kimetsu no Yaiba' fandom tag, you can then filter by the relationship 'Tomioka Giyuu/Kochou Shinobu' and then add a 'Crossover' tag. You'll see a mix. I remember one that crossed with 'Inuyasha' that had a decent following, where Shinobu as a poison master and Giyuu's water breathing got kind of recontextualized in the Feudal Era. Felt a bit forced after a while, but it was popular for a bit.
Tumblr’s also a weirdly good source for finding recs, but not necessarily for hosting the stories themselves. Search the ship tag there and you’ll find blogs that meticulously reblog and review crossover fics. I found a neat 'Demon Slayer' / 'The Promised Neverland' crossover through one, where the Hashira were basically the older kids trying to protect the younger ones from the Demons in a more strategic setting. Giyuu and Shinobu’s dynamic as the emotionally closed-off one and the outwardly sweet but secretly vengeful one worked really well in that high-stakes survival plot.
Just be prepared to sift. Sometimes the most popular ones aren’t the best written; they’re just the ones that hit a trending crossover fandom at the right time. A lot of the truly interesting Giyuu/Shinobu crossovers I’ve read were actually on smaller, personal blogs or even fanfiction.net tucked away in older archives, because their dynamic appeals to writers who want to explore grief and quiet understanding, not just flashy action.
Finding those Giyuu x Shinobu stories can be tricky because they're not always tagged consistently; some authors just use 'GiyuShino' or throw it in as a secondary plot. Your best bet is honestly on Archive of Our Own—the tagging system is a lifesaver. I'd start by searching the Demon Slayer tag and then filtering for the 'Giyuu Tomioka/Shinobu Kocho' relationship tag. Don't forget to sort by kudos or bookmarks to weed out the abandoned WIPs.
You might also stumble on some real gems on Tumblr if you're willing to dig. The art communities there sometimes link to fanfic threads or prompt fills that don't get cross-posted to the bigger archives. Just be prepared for a lot of scrolling past aesthetic moodboards first.
