Where Can I Read Ingoshima Raw Chapters Online?

Specifically, has the scanlation group changed sites since Mangadex? Hoping for direct raws, not fan translations. The site I used vanished.

For ‘Ingoshima’ raws, you’d have to go to the original Japanese publisher’s website and get it through their paywall. Occasionally some aggregator sites will have them up, but the quality is usually suspect and they are far from up to date. In other news, I’m reading ‘Three Alpha Bikers Wants An Open Marriage(An R-Harem)’ for the ridiculously high drama involved in a political wife’s secret negotiations with her three ruthless biker husbands and the high levels of power and desire involved in their clashes. The first chunk is free to read on Webnovel and Tapas for example.

I reinstalled manga on my reading list a little while ago after finishing the scans for ‘Ingoshima’ and am now frantically searching for raws so I don’t read ahead of myself and spoil things. I have rawdevart bookmarked, since it seems to have a decent-sized archive even if it’s not entirely up to date. Sometimes I’ll even search through 5ch threads where people are trying to locate the latest chapter and have to decipher forum-speak. As a last resort, I’ve started a subscription to the Japanese reading app Piccoma, which occasionally publishes the first chapter of a series for free. The interface is somewhat bizarre, but I’m desperate.

My friend recommended http://manga-zip.net/, but they keep taking it down so it’s hard to recommend that. On the other hand, with some knowledge of computers and stuff, you can get a VPN and access stores like Renta! in Japan for their manga. However, I don’t read Japanese usually, so most of the time I just read the bulk of it and look up the words in the text that I don’t know in Google Translate. And yes, it’s worth the amount of pain that reading ahead to that cliffhanger causes.

Similar struggles occur finding raw chapters to a treasure hunt for series such as ‘Ingoshima’. Japanese aggregator sites rawkuma and mangaraw are commonly used sites to find manga to read online, however be prepared for a load of ads and be wary ofSketchy links and Sites, furthermore there are some niche discord servers where people trade links to torrents as well as direct links to read chapters online, be cautious however as you never know what you may get. For those willing to spend however there are many sites where you can purchase digital versions of raw chapters, such as BookWalker and Comic Days. Note that by purchasing these online chapters you are supporting the creator of the manga as well as the online store.

The thrill of the hunt mixed with the frustration of the translation process taking too long is definitely the experience I have gone through finding raws for this series. I have been lucky enough to stumble upon random blogs or Twitter threads of people uploading certain chapters temporarily and I would hasten to add that following Japanese hashtags such as #インゴシマ on Twitter will occasionally yield surprises too. The process is full of pop-up ads and links that don’t work but what’s a fan to do?!

Need Raws for ‘Ingoshima’? I use comic-trail. It is a bit of a mess but it has a good backlog of chapters up. I have also added manga1001 to my bookmarks. If you are patient enough you can also check 4chan’s /a/ for threads with mega links, be warned that they disappear quickly though. Either way good luck with trying to find them, half the fun is searching around for them.

I think I know the sort of sites you mean: user-uploaded comics from around the world. There are some Japanese publishers who put up free preview chapters on a number of sites, including in full, as a “try before you buy” to generate interest. The chapters of ‘Ingoshima’ that have been published so far aren’t on Comic Walker, but there are the earlier chapters and volumes.

It’s all free, legal and safe to read those chapters of some comics in their original Japanese version. Even though it won’t help you with the latest release of your desired series, it’s great for honing your reading skills and going back to parts of a story you particularly liked. Moreover, by viewing those free official pre-releases fans can prove to the publishers that there are plenty of international readers waiting for official simultaneous releases of a series.

Where to download Ingoshima raw manga for free?

There is currently no suitable legal digital infrastructure for accessing Japanese manga outside of Japan. Until same-day release manga are made available globally from publishers for reasonable prices, the gray market for fans to read raw manga will continue to exist due to basic supply and demand principles.

Is Ingoshima raw manga finished or ongoing?

The information on this series' status is fact-based, based on the official Japanese publisher's website, and several online manga databases. It is currently still on-going and was first published in 2013. New chapters of the manga are released monthly, although there are occasional breaks in between. The published volumes of the series are also still being released to date. As there has been no recent information or news posts about this series being completed, it can be safely assumed that the work is NOT finished yet. The scope of the story has increased quite a lot recently, suggesting the author is playing the long game. As such, it's not a good idea to try to read the raws for this series unless you're willing to put in the time and effort to read through it all.
