"For those who have the power to read minds, during the olden times, your grandfather and father taught this method to your mother. What Alicia is feeling, it's normal. You don't have to worry about it. It's called the power block. When you try focusing on something, another force pushes it aside and instead drops your mind to a shadowed zone. Where there is nothing. No thoughts, no memories. Only an alarm. And when that alarm starts to ring, you will feel pain. And believe me, if not treated now, it might keep getting severe." "So what are the papers for?" "Plain papers will help picture your thoughts well." "I still don't get it.." "Alicia, touching on to this white paper will help you see

I laughed before closing my eyes , one thing i did know was things never went right when I thought to much so the first thing i did was clear my mind , thinking about what i wanted to do with my powers have been seeming to work but usually its a spur of the moment thing. I didn't let any of that change my focus i had to try harder But I couldn't deny the burn that just kept rising the more I concentrated on placing my hands on lily, not to close this time but just enough for her to feel my warmth.

Verity said. I stared at the darkness reaching out its talons towards me. My blood turned freezing cold just at the thought of walking into that place. “Maybe skin your gifts tomorrow?” Verity gazed at me. My stomach churned with a sickening feeling. I clenched my jaws, taking a sharp breath. I took the flashlight from Verity’s hand, switching it on. The darkness cowered away from the beams of light that slashed through the dark like a sword through flesh. ‘Fear’s just in your thoughts. Once you turn off your thoughts, the fear loses all its power. Always remember, Carys, that the fear’s only fear is that you’ll stop fearing it. Take away its power before it overpowers you…’

“Your core thoughts, it’s the only way out.” I pause for a second then inhale a breath. “Well, how do I do that?”

Dax asked noticing the same thing I did. "Using any bad emotion to fuel a power is never a good thing, especially when it is this one. Just try to thing of the things that make you angry and try control the blasts where you want them to go." I close my eyes and think back on my Mum lying and keeping my wolf from me, I think of Lisa betraying me, I think of Shanaya torturing me and of her escpaing. I can feel the power run through me, I open my eyes and see my hands are green and glowing again. I knell down and touch them to the floor and think of the pot, but nothing happens. So i try think of the power leaving my hands and going to wards the pot.

“Did you feel anything?” Several nodded. “A gentle sense of peace,” one said “Nothing overwhelming or coercive.” “This is Luna power used appropriately,” I explained releasing the projection. “Helping people access their better nature. Their capacity for reason over emotion. It’s not control-it’s facilitation.” “Thank you for the demonstration.” Moderator Gray made notes. “We’ll now address the arrest record allegation. Alpha Thorne, you claimed to have evidence this record is falsified?” Kael stood. “We do. David Chen?”

While I was thinking it would be very easy for someone like him to seduce someone, I was proved wrong with his reaction. I was staring at his perfectly toned abs. My mind showed me dirty pictures of myself, licking his abs until they were laced with my saliva. The desire awakened the thirst inside of me. I licked my lips and closed my eyes to calm myself down. “Don't try to stop those dirty thoughts. Let them flow freely. No one is getting hurt while you have dirty thoughts about me.” Loid growled seductively as he might have sensed the scent of my arousal that filled his room.

“But nothing at all. You keep letting what others think of you to rule your thoughts. You carry so much power in your veins because of who you are not what you are. If you were so weak your body wouldn't be able to take your wolf.” “What?” “Yes, in ancient times if your wolf is too powerful for your body they mostly die off. Now, things have changed and most have lost touch with their true form so it's unheard of.” “I don't even know what to say.” “When those derailing thoughts come, tell yourself that you're more than enough. You are strong, confident and powerful. Don't let anyone make you feel otherwise.” “Thabk you so much, babe. I feel a whole lot better.”

Or was I doomed to become just like my father—another tool in Louise’s game? Louise’s eyes flashed with something cruel, like he could read every one of my doubts. “You see, Hollis, that’s your problem. You’ve always thought you could win with willpower. But you’re nothing. You’re a tool—just like your father was. He thought he could defy me too, but I took everything from him. And now, I’ll take everything from you.”
