He says, gesturing to the warriors and huge dark grey dogs beside them. “They are hellhounds, they are loyal to you now. Like Anubis is loyal to Destinee, Dahlia, Xander, and Helios.” I nod as I look at Anubis walks towards his brothers and sisters. “We are ready. Everyone eat your fill and rest. Tomorrow we are at war,” Titus says as Howls ring out through the hall and it’s deafening. Theo pulls me on to his lap, kissing on my head. “It will be ok. I won’t let him hurt you. I promise.” I nod as I wipe a tear away.

Cronus is the Titans' leader but his wife Phoebe has never been a patient woman and Cronus will do anything to make his wife happy. Taylor informs them Lady Cain is a witch who loves power and has a problem with women that is more beautiful than she is. All the women that she's jealous faces end up damaged for life. Also, Lady Cain tried to dethrone her a few months back and has been in hiding since her plan was discovered. Michaela and Hunter have already contracted all the Alphs to be on the lookout for the Titams and to let them if they show up. "This heatwave killed thousands of humans last night. I noticed a large black Alpha wolf but didn’t recognize him. ‘Alpha Maxwell’s wolf,’ Titan supplied. ‘The one beside him is Eli’s wolf.’ They weren’t required to come out and help, but I was thankful that they were here. Hopefully, we could end up minimizing both damage and casualties. We had highly trained warriors, but there had to be at least a hundred just from what I’d witnessed thus far. Anything was possible if that number was a lowball. Titan ripped another throat out. Another wolf jumped on his back before he could move away. Its claws sunk into Titan’s body as its teeth sank into his shoulder, ripping a chunk of flesh from him. Fuck! That was painful.

The difference between Titus and Eason lay in the fact that Titus was born superior to others, and he had plenty of things other people did not have. His mother was the famous designer, Seven Springs, while his father was Black Corporation’s CEO, Richard Black. Even though everyone constantly called him a b*stard, Richard showered him with attention that other children his age did not receive. Why else would Melecio and Abatus have grown up so jealous of him? Later on, after Titus set up Grand Land International, he had plenty of women who threw themselves at him.

Even now, days later, to access my powers feels like wading through mud with invisible chains weighing me down but when I do, I destroy them in an instant. “What do you want from me?” I asked, though I already feared the answer. “I want proof you’re more than raw power in a body,” Raven said. His eyes held me like steel. “I want to see the strong warrior I trained, the monster and also you in control of it.” A heavy gate opens at the far side of the arena. My stomach knotted. Titan stepped through. He was huge in size, eight feet tall, with broad shoulders enough to block the light of the day and arms spread like tree trunks.

A volcanic creature crawled out from the flames. It was unlike anything the lycanthropes had ever seen. Its body was made purely of lava and molten rock. The titan was as gigantic as Riven's mansion, and when it crawled totally out of the crater of fire, it let out a deep wail, breathing fire out of its mouth. Following closely behind it, another titan crawled out of the crater, setting everything around it ablaze. Riven grabbed his mate by the hand and pulled her back, away from the perimeters where the titans stood. The remaining lycanthropes followed suit, following their Alpha's order to retreat.

Something that didn't belong in a "Real World." A **Titan** stepped out of the shadows. It was thirty feet tall, its body made of rusted iron and pulsing violet tubes. It had the face of a man, but the eyes were giant searchlights. On its chest, a large silver logo was etched into the metal: **AETHEL-GROUP: ASSET RECOVERY**. "Subject 01 and Donor 04," the Titan’s voice boomed, sounding like a thousand speakers blowing out at once. "You have exceeded your 'Independence' quota. Please remain still while your 'Conflict Data' is harvested."

"She's only two months along!" I gripped Malakai's shirt, my crimson eyes wide with agony and sheer terror. "They're Titans," I gasped, my voice cracking as the skin over my stomach rippled violently. I could feel them moving, shifting, clawing. "They don't gestate. They feed until they're strong enough to break out." Malakai's face went white beneath his scars. He looked down at the smoking, bloody snow beneath me, at the way my body was literally breaking apart from the inside out.

"Alright, alright." The Titans attempting to disable the nuclear warhead were also growing smarter, leaping into the air at strange angles to try and get a lucky shot past our shields. With half my shield gone I had to rotate my Sentinel's body to catch the bullets, shells, or plasma before anything embedded itself into my partially exposed cockpit. I took a moment to get a good look at what I was facing. One Titan, identical to the one we'd destroyed, sported four railguns, each barrel the size of a bus. It hung to the rear of the group, giving cover fire and trying to sneak shots past my Sentinel's shield.
