At such a time some time ago watching it from the balcony of the luxurious pack house but today my glorious days had since disappeared into the abyss. Every joint of body was aching with pain but somehow I still managed a smile. I couldn't tell but something kept assuring me there's a glimmer of hope. The sight of the beautiful moon somehow restored my hope. At at least someone was watching over... The moon goddess, I believed. The beast was quiet as we all felt the nourishing sensation and got carried away by it. I felt as if I was floating in the air for a moment before I found myself opening the wooden down. I made sure it made no noise lest I made some one suscipious.

When Caleb spotted me, he broke into a grin and ran toward me, his energy never failing to amaze me. “How was your day?” I asked, holding his hand as we walked toward the car. “Good! We learned about planets today, and guess what?” “What?” “Jupiter has 92 moons! Can you believe that?” “Wow,” I said, feigning shock. “That’s a lot of moons.” Caleb nodded enthusiastically, launching into a detailed explanation of the lesson as we drove home.

Anastasia explained. "Such as?" "Like in January, it's the Ice Moon. In February, it's the Storm Moon. In March, it's the Wind Moon. In April, it's the Wild Moon. In May, it's the Fire Moon. In June, it's the Ghost Moon. In July, it's the Light Moon. In August, it's the Sing Moon. In September, it's the Blood Moon. In October, it's the Frost Moon. In November, it's the Oak Moon. And in December, it's the Wood Moon," replied Ms. Anastasia.

No one in my family had silver strands or eyes like mine. Mom looked out of the window into the darkness, "There was a fire." My mind immediately went to the images shown to me by the lake. What if the lake showed me the night when my biological parents died? "It happened on the full moon?" Mom looked back at me, "A few days after the full moon, you were born on the night of the full moon, but it was no ordinary full moon, it was the night of a blood moon." My stomach dropped further hearing this.
