Emily's p.o.v "Miss." The driver called. I stretched myself and looked at him with a smile. "Yes," I answered happily. "You said a turn here right?" He asked. "Yes," I answered with a chuckle. I was back in my country, in my home town and minutes away from where my mother was!. Yes, it took us three days to make it, but it was worth it. The man whose name I learnt was Brian was very kind. We stopped a few times for us to eat and freshen up. He only slept for a few hours while I sat outside in the sun thinking about the mess I was in. Immediately he woke up we continued with our journey.

Alessandro's POV "Slide in." The car door opens from inside and Luca ducks in beside me, pulling it shut. The driver pulls out immediately. This is one of my family’s smart cars with no plates and tinted windows. As luca settles in he looks around the interior, runs his hand along the seat leather. "Nice." He leans back, stretches his legs before looking at me sideways. "Are you sure this is a good idea?." I look out the window, we’re headed towards the outskirts of Napels. It slides past, grey and alive. "It's safer."

"Then we will all go. Together. We will learn and we will grow. We will open our hearts and our minds. And we will bring that knowledge back to our kingdom to share with our people." The journey to the eastern territories took three days. The snow-covered landscape was breathtakingly beautiful, the trees glistening with frost like diamonds scattered across the earth. The air was crisp and clear, each breath a refreshing burst of cold that invigorated the spirit. The family traveled together, their spirits high with anticipation, their voices filled with laughter and conversation.

The more they get nearer to their destination, the colder it became. They only used one car for their travel. Jackson was the one who was driving. Everyone was silent for the duration of their travel, no one was interested in a conversation. All of them are eyes and ears on the surroundings, taking us scents and sounds. “We're here.” He declared as he stepped on the brakes. He parked the car at the dead end of the road. After three hours of travel, the road finally ended. There’s nothing ahead of them but the dark forest, and soon they will climb the mountain.

I have to talk to dad regarding the car, allowance like I need it for something. Looking around the town, Rowena is really boring. On the route I am going I can see some bakeries, coffeehouses, restaurants, people running somewhere, I wonder if this town has an elite area, and where it is. I am standing in front of Rowena Highschool, my only goal today is not to kill anyone and just to stay as invisible as I can, see how things work, and step aside. There is a line of vehicles ready to go, my families and the rest are full of 30 warriors for protection and 15 she-wolfs hoping to find their mates at the pack we are visiting. Once I'm in and we're all buckled up we set off for our journey. Let the fun begin. 2 hours left until we should finally be free of this car. Luckily I've managed to read a few chapters of my book and got in a four-hour nap, go me.

He never asked about my days at school, never questioned why I spent my afternoons reading dusty books by the mango tree instead of playing with Zane. The road between the second and third territories was four days. She had not expected to like traveling this much.
