Long road to go

Long road to go

I have to talk to dad regarding the car, allowance like I need it for something. Looking around the town, Rowena is really boring. On the route I am going I can see some bakeries, coffeehouses, restaurants, people running somewhere, I wonder if this town has an elite area, and where it is. I am standing in front of Rowena Highschool, my only goal today is not to kill anyone and just to stay as invisible as I can, see how things work, and step aside. I just want to finish this and see what the hell I am going to do with my life later. Entering the school I asked the guard where the principal's office was and started walking that way. The school does not look that bad, it looks poor but I gues

IN LOVE WITH HIS ENEMY

IN LOVE WITH HIS ENEMY

"You promised me. No more running alone." I pulled back. Looked at him. "This isn't running. This is finishing." The Road I left before dawn. Clara was still asleep, her paper crane on the nightstand. I kissed her forehead, breathed in the smell of her, and walked out into the dark. The road stretched ahead, empty and grey. The photograph was on the passenger seat. My mother's face. The woman who'd been there. I drove through the morning, through towns I didn't know, through mountains that rose and fell. The address was in my phone. The name was in my head.

MY EX LEFT ME TO DIE, SO I BECAME QUEEN OF THE APOCALYPSE

MY EX LEFT ME TO DIE, SO I BECAME QUEEN OF THE APOCALYPSE

Rowan occupied the seat behind her, and Dean sat by the opposite window, studying the passing forest. The road followed the Columbia for long stretches. The river appeared and disappeared between the trees, sometimes close enough to glimpse sunlight dancing across the water. Other times, it vanished completely behind hills and thick evergreen growth. For a while,e no one spoke much. The road itself demanded attention. Several abandoned vehicles blocked sections of pavement, forcing detours and slow navigation. Every mile reminded them how quickly the world had fallen apart. By late morning, they reached the outskirts of the town. The first thing Evelyn noticed was how normal it looked. The s

His Majesty

His Majesty

Spotting a shed at the other side of the road, I decided to cross the road and sleep for the night' I was about getting to the centre of the road when I started to feel dizzy, I tried crossing the road without seeing the car coming towards me, at a high speed. I landed on the floor after I felt the heavy impact of the car on me, I heard the screeching of the car tires and the door opening. As I was getting enveloped by darkness, I had only one request for God. 'if you won't save me, save my child' ///////////// We've gotten to the end of the first part of this book.

I really enjoyed your book. The story was very interesting to where I couldn't put the book down during the second half of your book til the end. There were grammatical errors throughout but not distracting enough that you couldn't figure out the context. I loved the characters. Thank you 😊

absolutely wonderful but needs a sequel like a sequel that tells about Aslam's girlfriend, fight and torrents of the Malik family, and that lady that he was meant to marry plotting against them. and loads of thrilling facts like that. but still I give it a 1000%

Road to Desire

Road to Desire

He held the door of the truck open, waited for me to climb up, and then made his way to the driver’s side. The drive home was excruciating. He said nothing. Nada, zip, nuttin’ honey. Just focused on the road. I originally thought I might have hit a nerve on the boat, but now I was spiraling into all manner of offenses… only stopping with the possibly I’d killed his pet in a past life. See? Crazy.

ECHOES OF LONGING

ECHOES OF LONGING

👄Chapter One 👄 Olivia stared out the window as the highway stretched ahead. Flat land, billboards, and the occasional truck stop. She had been in this passenger seat for hours already, and they still had days left on the road. Theo kept his eyes on the road, one hand on the wheel. He was quiet like always. Her brother’s best friend, the guy who fixed cars and rarely said more than he needed to. Now he was stuck driving her across the country because her brother had asked him to.

One Touch: One Kiss

One Touch: One Kiss

“Gia, I told you I would come pick you up at the bus stop. Why did you not wait for me?” “It was getting late and I was a bit worried. Coming from Valley of the sun I am not use to so much traffic. My town have only one road, you enter and you exit. The rest if dirt. I did not like the looks I was getting and your description was accurate for me to follow easily.” “Still, it is dangerous. I almost did not come home, thinking you might be late or have missed the bus. Get in you must be tired.” “Strangely not I was too curious to meet you in person.”

The Mismatched Half

The Mismatched Half

He said shaking his head as the truck drove smoothly across the highway. Anya loved the serene environment where the roads were free with fresh air coming from the fields nearby. There were just a few vehicles that passed the entire time they had been driving and the road remained empty at other times. Anya didn't know what to say to Ronan because he wasn't really complaining or asking a question. He was just talking his thoughts out loud and it felt nice to be a part of him and listen to his mind speak so wisely so she let him talk.

Such an amazing story of tragic moments and healing blessed moments! I love the strength and sassiness of Anya and admire her group of supportive, loving friends. I can't wait for the rest of the story! Fantastic job, Author! ?

A very beautiful story of two people who complete each other irrespective of their flaws. I read this book 4 years back and I still remember every single bit of the story. I fell in love with the main characters and used to read it multiple times until the next update. I love this book a lot.

Grim Reaper's Bride

Grim Reaper's Bride

That was it; I wasn't letting mom steal my breakfast again. I glanced over at Rocco- he looked like some slumbering Raj, his shock of ebony ringlets splayed across the headrest. His chest rose and fell peacefully beneath his leather bomber jacket. Sighing, I started the engine and took a right out of the lot onto Main Street. The old portion of Redmont gave way to countryside. Handsome estates and ramshackle farmhouses lined the road. Trees clawed at the sky as a bitter wind blew. I blasted the heater, shivers not only coming from the cold outside.

Sweet poison

Sweet poison

(pussy) I released his hand and rested my head back on the car seat, with my eyes close, while listening quietly to the unpleasant sound in my heart. “We are here,” the driver said, as he brings the car to a stop. We were in the middle of an express road, I came down from the car while holding on to my rifle. The road was pitch black as the only source of light was mainly cars but been that the time is far spent, there was little or no car in sight.
