My Demon Ex Lover

My Demon Ex Lover

It angered Young’s new demon to know that the little cockroach was still being so persistent, especially when he was in the middle of handling business with the other contenders, her management team. The Hunger Games replaying in their dreams was not doing everything that he had hoped in the time frame he had planned. They needed an extra push and he knew exactly the thing to be able to get them over that cliff. Maybe seeing their death would be the trick. Something about facing the unstoppable yet constantly faught, that sobers a soul, effectively and effortlessly too. He’d learned from experience how that knife cut, the amount of bribing and cunning he had to use to get out the eternally d

The Reaping

The Reaping

Running is not an option because it has been tried before and those who ran were always caught and killed. "Mother I am very aware of this. I know that you are all concerned in your way for me and I thank you for that. I will say that I know that there are many possibilities of what could happen to me, but I am tired of worrying over something that I have no control over. I wanted to enjoy the little bit of time that I had left. I have heard from the leaders of the village that this year there is only going to be one hundred males and females for the reaping, and out of that one hundred, only Michael is from this village. That means that most likely I will never be coming back here." I hear

Throne of Wolves

Throne of Wolves

“That’s why Andrew and I took on his role as Third.” Prince nodded in understanding. “Then why didn’t you kill him?” I drew in a deep breath, the memory bitter. “I tried, but he disappeared. I assumed he was dead. This time… I’ll get the job done.” My growl lingered as a clear, unspoken threat. ⸻ Luara’s POV A bright light shone above my face. My eyes squinted as I tried to turn my head, avoiding the glare. My senses were on high alert—the sharp smell of antiseptic making my nose twitch in disgust.

SOLD TO THE VOID ALPHA: THE REJECTED HEIRESS

SOLD TO THE VOID ALPHA: THE REJECTED HEIRESS

Chapter 7: The Judas Protocol The warehouse was a symphony of chaos. Above us, the silver grapple hook shrieked as it tore through the rusted corrugated metal, letting in the jagged, neon-violet glare of the Council gunship’s searchlights. Below, the "Mother’s Shadow" rebels didn't look like heroes; they looked like cornered rats with teeth of jagged steel. Mara’s hand was still clamped onto the black diamond at my throat, her knuckles white, her breath smelling of cheap gin and ancient hatred. Her blade was pressed so hard against my neck that I could feel the cold bite of the metal.

GIVEN TO THE WRONG ALPHA

GIVEN TO THE WRONG ALPHA

A baby born screaming, born old, born gone. Balance. Seven impossible things fed at once. Storm. Fire. Earth. Hunger. Null. Containment. Me. The root that holds. The land paid to make us. Now we pay to keep it. “It wants a harvest,” I say. Tastes like blood. “Seven lives. One for each vessel. Or it takes from Duskbane. From the pack. Years off everyone. Pups born wrong.” Quiet. Then Moira laughs. “Oh. That’s all?” She stands. Stretches. The collar doesn’t matter. “Take me. I’m Hunger. I know empty.”

The Games of the Heart

The Games of the Heart

The scene unfolds in slow motion, each blow landing with sickening force, filling me with a sense of helpless dread. "Leave him alone!" I shout at the men hurting him. "Or what, Princess?" one taunts, flashing a smile that reveals his rotten teeth. "I will..." My words are cut short by the sudden eruption of gunfire. The acrid smell of smoke scorched my nostrils. Instinctively, I duck, squeezing my eyes shut and covering my ears as bullets rain down once more. No matter how many times I find myself in these situations, they never get easier to endure.

Awesome! This is the second book I’ve read from this author and it is outstanding! Love this family and their story. Wonderful storyline, written well, held my interest, strong characters, not drawn out and just an amazing love story. Adding you to my favorite list author. Will be reading more.

I loved this book. The grammar and English were great. I’ve partly read and quit several books on there that were literally unreadable. I got a little confused on Andrea’s family not knowing Stefano but it was explained later.

Throne of Blood

Throne of Blood

My harsh breathing withers away, and I fall slack against meaty arms. No. No… I try to kick, but my limbs don’t move. Soon enough, darkness swallows me whole. ---- ETHAN's POV I barge out of the car before it fully stops moving. The scene before me is a battlefield. A few men lie on the ground, their blood forming pools on the filthy asphalt. Others are hiding from the gunfire behind cars. But there’s nothing to hide from. More accurately, we’re late. Fvck. Laye motions for his guards to check the perimeter, and they comply with sharp nods. I remain in place, feet planted solidly on the ground, as my gaze roams the cars and the people left behind, whether alive or with their heads down.

Immortal Hunger

Immortal Hunger

My teeth elongated and without hesitation I sunk them deep into her flesh and began to drink the sweetest essence I have ever tasted, as the beast within me became instantly satisfied with the taste of our mate. Slowly I retracted my teeth from her flesh and licked the wound shut, as I pulled away from her neck and looked into her hooded eyes as I lick the last drop of her blood from my lips. Something about this felt so right being with her and I had to once again wonder if my parents had gotten it all wrong when they had chosen Lexie for me and not Lena. But the memories of Lexie still haunted my mind even as my body screamed to me that Lena was our mate and I found myself in an internal w

Olalekan pushed the food to Seven’s side of the table. “You must be hungry.” “Not really, I’m fine. Thank you.” Seven said while trying to keep saliva back in his mouth. He was indeed very hungry. But eating this meal that scented like Jollof Rice while Wale’s body was being disposed of would be insulting. Also, he did not trust these people enough to eat by their hands. There could be poison in the food for all he knows. Maybe a Truth Serum. Won’t work either way. C1 and C4 stood erect. Their heads could touch the overhead light just by stretching a little bit.

Alpha Scarlett

Alpha Scarlett

Despite the salt and pepper grey hair, Connor’s movie star looks make him seem ageless in a way that had me thinking he would have still been just a touch too young to fight in that battle. “If you don’t mind, I’d like to.” He says. “I may have some additional insights that your parents or Leader Bruno don’t, and given how close this guy,” he says, motioning to the deceased human still lying on the ground, “was found to my pack lands, I’d like to be a part of thinking through next steps. Have you contacted COWS yet?”
