Shea smiled at her and asked, “I don’t know what to do. I’m kind of seeing Troy, but I really felt a connection with Bradford.”
“Well, like you said, you and Troy aren’t exclusive, so maybe try things out with Bradford and see how it goes,” Brooklyn said.
Shea tilted her head as she thought, then nodded.
“That sounds like a plan,” she said, then frowned, adding, “I hope I don’t hurt Troy too much with this.”
Brooklyn smiled at her and said, “I think he’ll be just fine.”
Later that day, Brooklyn walked back to the apartment after getting groceries. She had two bags slung on her arms and carried two more in each hand.
