Curse of the Wolves

Curse of the Wolves

Another cart of food was brought in, and we quickly dug in whilst getting back to sorting through the mountain of ancient tomes. After eating my fill of fruit tarts, and honeyed pastries, I plopped down on Azrael’s lap. Together we sat at the desk along the far wall, facing Orion who was seated on the sofa across the room. Nestled against his chest, his chin resting on my shoulder, I began to scan the pages he flitted through. Most were legends about the beasts and how they’d travel throughout the cosmos, both omniscient and immortal. The pages were littered with smaller stories about knights waging wars in their names, and kingdoms not of this world making sacrifices in hopes of receiving a

Absolutely love this book, couldn't put it down. I've honestly read it more than once haha. Any chance I can buy it in paperback? This is a great book, give it a chance you won't be disappointed. Love the characters, love the book, love it!

I love this story so much that I kept reading, not realizing it was already four in the morning, and I had to wake up to take my kids to school at 7. every story by this author is beautifully written and addictive, but I love the humor and the strong female character in this story the most.

A Mythical World

A Mythical World

"That night at the great castle, the storm lord and the knight of skulls and kisses each swore they would unmask him, and the king himself urged men to challenge him, declaring that the face behind that helm was no friend of his. But the next morning, when the heralds blew their trumpets and the king took his seat, only two champions appeared. The Knight of the Laughing Tree had vanished. The king was wroth, and even sent his son the dragon prince to seek the man, but all they ever found was his painted shield, hanging abandoned in a tree. It was the dragon prince who won that tourney in the end." "Oh." Bran thought about the tale awhile. "That was a good story. But it should have been the t

Kiss Of The Scarlet Prince

Kiss Of The Scarlet Prince

“Your pieces, then.” “Many pieces think they are players simply because they move,” he murmured, sliding a bishop into a line that pressed against my center in a way I felt behind my ribs. “It’s… charming.” “And the knight?” The word was out before I could stop it. “What does a knight think he is?” “Dangerous,” Kael said, and his tone made the word less threat than fact. “Because he arrives where he shouldn’t.” I let the silence sit. I let him think he’d named what I was asking. Maybe he had. Maybe I didn’t even know what I was asking yet.

The Chosen One

The Chosen One

Did the saints heal them both or did the witches lift their disease? He put his qualms and concerns out of his mind. Ambrose There was something puzzling in his pace, enough to send his hand to his sword just in case. It was like something was weighing him down on one side and his muscles were struggling to compensate for his lack of balance as he watched Leo. He was the kind of knight who'd been born alert. He was never childish. He was a serious man with a serious sword and dagger who rolled off the assembly line within his men. He had a standard-issue white face with ordinary square shoulders and squarer chin. Eyes are always alert and watching. Watching everybody's movement. After the ev

 Reborn Dragon Vein Warlock, talented beautiful mage

Reborn Dragon Vein Warlock, talented beautiful mage

In a real emergency, a knight can be deployed faster than a hundred soldiers, so a few militia are enough to maintain order and prevent beasts. This is also the reason why Baron Lorient firmly believes that after the 'Fireball Technique' has caused casualties and chaos, one Knight leading the troops is enough to defeat the enemy. But he forgot Christine. The image of the knight found online and the knight's armour in this book are thicker and more defensive.

Your Last Lie to Me! {Book One}

Your Last Lie to Me! {Book One}

- "But at the time, all the girl could think of was how smooth the marble felt under her feet, and how large windows were. There was grass so tall that it swayed with the wind! It all simply amazed her." -…- "The knight approached the girl, and the girl opened her arms wide, as though accepting her fate. Puzzled. The knight asked her why, and the girl answered. 'I've read in many books that that's what knights do. They always slay the monsters at the end of the fairytale!' the girl replied." "At this, the knight cried and then disobeyed his oath. He took the young, socially inept girl and left the scene. He raised her all on his own, on the run from treasonous charges." She finished.

Reclaim the Ice Crown (Blue Triangle Series #1)

Reclaim the Ice Crown (Blue Triangle Series #1)

“Three hundred and seventy-eight knights …” King Terrowin’s voice echoed around the dark throne room, then silence followed; a dead, cold silence. He stood from his blue crystal-made seat and then climbed down the wide steps. “One grand knight …” the king continued. Kael was in front, kneeling, with his head looking down on the blue floor. He had just returned from their huge loss after their encounter with the Forgotten Winter. And being alone with the Cold King made his heartbeat race, as if chased by death itself.

Geeh, what if I told yah, I finished this great book in LESS THAN TWO DAYS?! The point is the content is so unique and breathtaking. I like how all the 'fantasy' stuff that I know was combined in one book and was decently written. It's worth reading and totally wholesome!

The Alpha Queen's Knight

The Alpha Queen's Knight

"Are you a MOTHER, my MOTHER?! What are you doing here!! What are you supposed to be doing!! I thought... I thought...!" Without warning he collapsed to his knees, one hand stretched out at Tira as though eager to clutch her... perhaps to kill her. Confused shouts and howls now arose from both sides of the battlefield. I looked over to mine and caught the eye of my Beta; she began quickly to dart back and forth before my Pack, silently barking orders to remain where they stood, but to be ready for anything. I shifted my stance, watching, assessing. Beside me Cillium remained still like a chunk of stone, never even having moved once since he had rushed to be there. My golden knight... My Mate

How to Make the Ice Prince Fall

How to Make the Ice Prince Fall

Seeing only one of the inseparable pair whenever she opened her chamber's door, had been kind of odd. Happily, Hazel and Katherine continued to sew while she asked her a few things about the book she made her read. It was quite an easy one, filled with fables of dragons, fairies, and brave knights. Actually, it was the only book she'd unintentionally taken with her from the Dukedom of Sleipnir. Her mother liked to read it to her when she was little. A shame little Katherine didn't appreciate it enough and she never got to hear all the fables. When her belongings were unpacked in Hymirhall, she'd noticed the book had somehow slipped into the boxes. Back then, she wasn't interested in somethin

A Baby For The Beast

A Baby For The Beast

Felicia immediately entered with the book of rules in her hands. “Lady Ava, I have come to inform you of what you have to do as the castle’s Knight.” she spoke fiercely. It was almost as if she entirely forgot about our last encounter. “Go on.” I waved, letting out as she opened the book. “A Knight should be groomed to be with bravery, loyalty and truthfulness.” she read. After her reveal as Francesca’s twin, I couldn’t just help but see her differently. Yes, she was the good twin.
