THE SHADOW OF A LUNA

THE SHADOW OF A LUNA

She was screaming in the fire ball and I could smell burning flesh and I knew that it was actually hurting her but then she raised her arms up and the shadows appeared from behind her and approached me with significant force and knocked me off my feet and I dropped the fireball. I got back up and the shadows were surrounding me and I couldn't see the witch anywhere and I used the wind element to force the shadows to move. They fought against it but I put more power behind it forcing them to move and they retreated. I wasn't scared of them anymore. And now I knew that I could fight the shadows as well. And now they knew that. I wasn't as weak as I was. But now they knew that I had training. I

Shadows of the Lost

Shadows of the Lost

No one in their right mind would look at it and think it’s the hideout of Pasithea’s Emperor. When Z arrived just outside it, she raised her hand. A light burst from somewhere and, with a blink, ignited a dark flame that engulfed Z’s whole body. It gave off a tickling feeling, but it disappeared just as her shadow started feeling a little edgy. She was wearing her shadow as usual. It was shaped into a tube and leggings that flew off sparks now and then. But it wasn’t really what extinguish the fire. It vanished because she had no weapon that would deem the council suspicious. Otherwise, it would’ve burnt her to death.

Probably the most challenging story I have written. With about 5 drafts and two years of crafting, it’s my longest work. It’s thrilling. I revisit it sometimes and, he, even I get overwhelmed and awed. I mean, it feels like I’m not the one who wrote it.

I love the world building of this novel! Even when you’re only in chapter one you can already see how the author meticulously planned the settings of the story. It’s descriptive so even if the world is new and unfamiliar the readers could still easily imagine what it’s like.

Beneath the Shadows

Beneath the Shadows

Enzo is just happy to have all his ‘brothers’ The night air was sharp with sea salt and memory, Enzo stood at the edge of the pier, hands in his coat pockets, watching the shadows dance across the warehouse district. The same docks where shipments once moved in silence under the veil of moonlight. Where loyalty was currency and betrayal cost blood. He hadn’t set foot here in years—not since he chose a different path. A better one.

Shadows of the Past

Shadows of the Past

Slowly, the darkness fell, and instead of the sun, the moon rose in the sky, more majestic than the most precious jewel. The night that fell was growing colder and colder and the pain in my soul was growing harder and harder to bear. I felt lost. I was a man without a future. Feeling scared and overwhelmed, I took tiny steps into a future that looked like a canyon. I hated it, but I also loved it madly. I couldn’t forget her stony face or the venomous eyes I saw the night of the accident. But I couldn’t get out of my heart her naïve, pained, passionate nature with which she had captivated me. Who was the real Emily? What could I do now that I knew the truth? When I was totally lost, I felt a

Awakening the White Wolf

Awakening the White Wolf

Apparently, and from the pieces of conversation they shared, they knew each other, although at arms length. She was a maid named Ember, and that was all I knew. I had no idea how they'd started talking, they weren't friends, but their relationship was a unique one, in a completely platonic way, that is. “What do you think happened now?” I muttered to myself. “I hadn't seen him since I chained him up. I always said I was going to go back to check on him….” “He would have killed you if you went.” Cain’s voice reached my ears. Up until this moment, I didn't even know I'd said it out loud and that he'd heard me. “And as for what happened, it's very simple. The shadow struck again.”

THE ALTAR WE BURNED

THE ALTAR WE BURNED

The winds shifted, carrying her words into the night, all the way to Ember Hollow, where Isabella stirred in her sleep, her dreams thick with whispers and fire. ----- A crimson sun loomed over Ember Hollow, casting a blood-red hue across the charred lands below. The air was thick with tension, a silence so loud it buzzed in the ears of those who dared walk the crumbling paths of the realm. In the distance, the spires of the ancient Council Fortress pierced the sky like obsidian daggers, a silent reminder of the power still held by those who sat in the shadows.

My Shadow Mate

I plead, and she looks into my eyes, searching for any hesitation, but when she doesn’t, she drops my hands and moves away. “Fine, I’ll tell you.” My excitement is swiftly wiped away by her next words. “The shadow god is an abomination. He was never supposed to be born. He’s the product of an unholy ritual, an anomaly.”

THE SHADOWBORN LUNA

I am what you could be," the shadow said. "What you should be. Unlimited. Unchained. Free." "Free to destroy everything I love." "Free to stop pretending you are something you are not." The shadow circled me. "You chain yourself with mercy. With compassion. With love. But those chains make you weak. Vulnerable." "They make me human." "You are not human." The shadow's smile was cruel. "You are Shadowborn.

Dragon’s Mark:His Dragonheart Mate

Dragon’s Mark:His Dragonheart Mate

Ember zipped to the door, hovering until she opened it. The halls were silent. Torches burned low, their shadows dancing across the walls. The moonlight from the high windows silvered the marble, making the Academy feel older—like the stones remembered things no one dared speak aloud. Ember darted ahead, leaving a faint trail of warmth in the otherwise cool night air. Rowan followed, keeping her steps light. They passed the training yard, where the sparring dummies stood like frozen sentries. Then Ember turned sharply toward a narrow archway she’d never noticed before.
