"The what?" Aiden proudly lifted the parchment, presenting it with a triumphant flourish. It was a masterpiece of terrible stick figures. There was a tall, blocky man with a jagged golden crown, a woman wearing an oversized silver tiara, a small blob representing a little boy, a giant black dog with six legs, a glowing stick figure surrounded by yellow loops, and a final girl drawn with aggressively angry V-shaped eyebrows. Kael let out a long, dry sigh. "Let me guess. The one with the furious eyebrows is your long-lost aunt?"

For a drama queen that she is, Angel's spectacles would never come to an end. "Mommy, daddy.." She looks up at Ace and Scarlet, pulling them with her little hands and reaching into her bedroom. "I got you a Christmas gift too." She tells them in a sing-song way. She pulls a drawing from her cupboard which had a man, and a woman, and in between was a little girl and a boy holding their hands. Ace kneels beside Angel and asks, pointing to the little girl in the drawing. "Who is this beautiful little girl? Is she my princess?"

He whines and I laugh at him. I raffles his hair and hold his face in my palms. “So… how is handsome Denzel doing today?” “I’m fine! Here….” He reaches for a drawing book next to him on the bed and shows me a page where drew…. Ah! I don’t even know what he drew! But I guess it’s some cartoons. “… Look, Anna, I drew hulk and captain America!” “Oh… “ I take a closer look and frown, why doesn’t they look like the hulk and captain America I know?

A big blue scribble was the water, and hearts dotted the sky. “It’s beautiful!” I said, forcing a smile as I ran a hand over his dark curls. “You’re such a good artist.” He beamed, hugging my waist, but I stiffened. The tightness in my chest returned, thick and suffocating.

Chapter thirty-three Anabelle Pov The hall was noisy, the moderators were discussing with each other. While other members were whispering. I couldn't think about the noise. I closed my eyes and started mapping out the drawing found. I drew the mountains first, filling it with amber color, the mountain was filled with different giant trees. After properly drawing the mountain I drew the moon-bird. It was so fine to my eyes, I couldn't believe I was able to draw the same art work and it was better than the previous one.

In the photo, a Labrador retriever lay before Yasmine, Xavier, and Angeline. It stuck out its tongue at the camera carefreely. Beside the image of Angeline, a child had added a black blob with watercolor pens. Before Sean could ask, Yasmine pointed to the blob and said, "Daddy!" Sean turned to see Yasmine's bright eyes awaiting praise. He was at a loss for words but smiled, "Yes, very well done!" "Right? Right? My brother Xavier also said I did well. But he told me not to draw anymore!"

The Ecostanian-style palace decoration looked luxurious and grand. Flora opened the small bag on her back and took out a picture book. “Mommy look, this is the family portrait I draw. This is Mommy, this is Daddy, and this is Jason, this is Jerry, and this is me.” There were five cartoon-like characters in the drawing. With the help of thirty puppets from her space ,she ask them to plant two trees of apples , oranges , pears , peach , plums and grapes . Then she ask them to build path from the the gate to the front of the house enough for three adults walks together with the river stones . Then puts the river stones in about a metre wide around the house until the back yard of the house. They take out the broken brick for the path and put them around the well and put river stones from the kitchen door to the well .
