Her feminine floral scent hit me stronger and I realised as my wolf stirred suddenly “Mate” I growled. Her eyes snapped open and her purple eyes shown. I had never seen an eye colour like it. She stared at me and slowly stood, straightening her skirt calmly. She didn’t smell like a human, nor did she smell like a werewolf, she had no indication of being a vampire. “What is your name little mate?” my wolf asked taking in her petite form. “My name is Abigail Winx and I am not your mate.” She replied simply. My wolf whimpered at the words. I fought him for control and gained the upper hand.

I let my wolf stare at the trespassing she-wolf. "Oh Alpha don't be like that. I know it is stressful looking for a mate we might never find. I just wanted to offer to keep you company," Abigail whines. She is a very known wolf among the unmated males. I grind my teeth, remembering that in high school I had let the female help me release and kissed her. "Get out," I say disgusted by her very presence. She seems to ignore my anger and blatant disinterest, because she makes no move in leaving.

Charlie spat the word across the table. “Does it matter if the female mate is human?” Heath protested. “Her children will be werewolf.” “Charlie. Heath. I am speaking.” Abigail’s voice was uncompromising. She stared both alphas into submission before continuing. “We are… furious,” Abigail declared her nostrils flaring as she looked along the row of the Triquetra, ignoring Heath’s protest. “I am outraged and insulted. Your families are horrified. The pack is stunned and appalled.”

Remembering the time when they were having lunch, Anastasia couldn't help but laugh in her mind again when Abigail couldn't eat meat. The scene was extremely funny.
