ACCIDENTALLY MARRIED TO MY BILLIONAIRE BOSS
“Not the obvious one. The good ones, and with a prescription. You had ultrasound printouts in a folder behind old bank statements. Who keeps those?”

“I was curious,” he said. “You disappeared, got famous overnight, started dating a billionaire, and suddenly you’re glowing. I’m not stupid.”
“You’re high,” I said again, like repetition might save me.
He smiled wider. “And you’re carrying a baby.”
I swallowed. “Leave.”
He didn’t.
“You haven’t told him,” he said. “That’s the interesting part.”
I didn’t answer.
