Wasn’t the guy I was going on a date with today, but it was someone.
A while later, we pull into the parking lot of a large gray building. There were no windows, just a big neon sign above the doors that said “Arcade.” There weren’t any cars in the parking lot or other customers.
“Okay you two.” Laura starts, turning sideways in her seat to include me in the conversation. “We’ve rented out this entire space for the next eight hours. There’s food, games, bowling, and laser tag. So plenty of things to do, make conversation about since… you know.” She waves her hand between us a little.
