Author Pov Catelin gulped feeling her wet lips brushing his. While Lucifer only stared at her with desperate desire swirling in his gaze. His eyes wavered in anticipation at the sight of her wet smooth skin. His arms were wrapped around her body securely. Her half body was above the water but still, it looked extremely tiny in front of him. "Catelin." He whispered in a heavy deep voice. His Adam's apple bobbed upside down. He was losing his control with every second passing by.

Lucifer’s POV It was hard to believe that she had these visions, and they were so damn accurate. But the proof was sitting right in front of me; her visions had led us to this traitor. Rudo Luciano, the alpha and head of the New York family. The same fucker who had sent Stray as a tribute to us. "Why can’t I move?" Luciano screamed as he struggled against his limp body. "What have you done to me?" I rolled my eyes. This time it was not my doing. It was that witch boy who had rendered Luciano’s body immobile using his powers.

Maybe if I am nice, she’ll leave. “I…I wanted to ask if you were alright?” She asked with a small smile on her face except it didn’t look like she as smiling, but like she was about to shriek. “Ah…yes very”. He answered. They both stayed in silence after that. Adriel enjoyed the silence in peace while Lucifer wanted to disappear. “Anything else?” He asked her with an irritated tone. “No…i--” “Good”. He then turned abruptly to the female creature lying on the floor with her male counterpart. This made Adriel jealous,her fear was coming true. Lucifer was more interested in that beast than her.She walked away from her master both angry and dejected.

I whispered, a cold smile spreading across my face. My laughter echoed through the shadows, a menacing promise. "Not yet," I cautioned myself. "Patience. The perfect moment will come. And when it does, Lucifer will fall." With calculated precision, I began to weave my next move, setting the stage for a deadly confrontation. Working with Zoe had been a temporary convenience, but our alliance was built on shifting sands. We shared a common goal – taking down Lucifer – but our motivations diverged. Zoe sought power, whereas I craved vengeance.

The breeze became tighter as I shook my head. "Luci isn't the evil." I leaned away from her. "How can you be so sure? He is the God of Destruction. He could destroy the worlds in an instant. He is trying to get close to you!" I giggled, holding my hand to my mouth. Luci could never do that, not with me with him. "Lucifer is my mate, mom."
