Sera didn't show up. He tried calling her, but the call didn't go through. Enzo felt anxious. He dialed again, but nobody replied. Now or never, or so he thought, until his phone suddenly beeped. Notification from Sera : "I won't be able to make it." Enzo's heart sank. A wave of devastation flooded in. He slumped onto the couch, defeated. Minutes passed, and Enzodozed off. He went into a sorrowful sleep amidst the leftover dinner he had put so much love into preparing.

A woman walked in with a smug smile reaching to him and placing a kiss on his lips. I looked away grossed out by their intimate session. At least they should get a room. “Tell her Xavier, tell her how he caught his most trusted beta with his mate in bed,” The woman says as they break the kiss. Monday couldn’t get there fast enough. They both got dressed and headed in to see each other. Work would wait...everything would. Adam showered and dressed in the sexiest suite he had.
