Sera growled again and she started bouncing towards them. “No…..”, I screamed and moved towards Enzo and Damien but before I could take a few steps closer to them, Sera moved past me and the look on her eyes didn't seem like she was in her right senses. At least, I remember the first time she transformed, she calmed down immediately I called her name but something is definitely wrong somewhere. Sera moved past me aggressively and she bounced on the twins harshly, tearing off their skin with her claws without any form of remorse or care at all. “Nooo”, I screamed and slowly my eyes opened.

She inhaled, letting her power soften, her presence settle— “Stop it, Sera.” The words cracked like a whip. “That shit only works when I allow it.” Her breath stalled. “Now,” he snarled, “tell me what the fuck is going on.” She studied him for a heartbeat longer than necessary. This was different. So she chose the truth. “Seraphine is ramping up for war,” Sera said evenly. “And it will be brutal. Her targets aren’t weak points. They’re statements. Black River. Obsidian Ridge. South Dakota." Sera continued softly.

Once the amber-like cord was gone, Lord Oskar looked to Serena, finally speaking in English. “Serena Victoria Quill. I, as your Sire and Maker, release you from your bounds to be your sole authority onto yourself. By Lilith and Cain, may you prosper and go forth.” Lord Oskar said as he finally released her hand. Serena winced and let out whimpers as the amber coil around their hands enveloped her body, though soon she cut healed, giving way to her body to stop shaking. The hand that Lord Oskar had held now had a brand on Serena’s palm.

I tried to move, but the silver instantly sizzled, sending a sharp, searing pain through my veins. “Welcome back, little princess,” a familiar voice purred. My heart sank before I even turned. Serena. I lifted my head slowly, and there she was — dressed in black leather armor, her once-soft hazel eyes now glowing red with power and hatred. Her smile was sharp, predatory, and cruel. “Well, well… the great Luna of the Royal Pack, all chained up like a mutt.” She walked closer, her boots echoing against the cold floor. “Did you really think you could run into the arms of your precious king and live happily ever after?”

She thrust them upward, and a second set of chains erupted, this time not of flame, but of radiant light, forged from her Dominion and her bloodline both.
