Arrogant. Adrian: “You stalk everyone?” MidnightViper: “Just you.” That stopped him cold. He stared at the screen, waiting for the punchline. None came. He typed. Deleted. Typed again. Adrian: “I don’t talk to creators.” MidnightViper: “You do now.” The video looped quietly. Same slow undressing. Same whispered confidence. Adrian watched it again. And again. His muscles were tense, his legs stretched out stiff beneath his sheets, breath caught in his chest like something he couldn’t quite swallow.

His tone was not asking but commanding. “Okay, sir. What’s that?” Steve’s mind was prepared, always waiting for a command like this from his master. It felt like when he was back home, always in action. “EpicTech—I want them crumbled to dust within two hours,” Adrian said. His voice left no room for argument or questioning. And Steve wasn’t going to ask why anyway. He was even happy his master was finally using his influence. After he’d always held back all the while now it’s time for action.

“Yes, Mr. Adrian. Please forgive my foolishness.” Adrian was one of the most powerful men in Orion Heights, also known as the City of Elites. His steps were heavy as he marched hurriedly over to where I was. My gaze was still fixed on the wall because I couldn’t bear to look at him. He stopped right in front of me. “What do you want? Have you come to mock me?” I asked coldly. A sigh escaped his lips, and he crouched down on his knees. I shifted uncomfortably, finally turning my gaze to him.

Adrian stated proudly. “Your Highness” A male voice called out, and a man who was almost the same height as Adrian came into view. “The elders have been waiting for a while now” he stopped, then quickly added. “You must be Vivica Hale.” With a subtle hint of confusion I peeked at Adrian’s face for answers. “This is Theo Reeds, my Beta,” Adrian introduced him. “Nice to meet you,” I mumbled. “Same here.” He gave me a toothless smile and stepped aside. “Shall we?”

he remarks, waggling his eyebrows. “For sure,” I agree. “I’ll take any chance to be out in nature, and it’s a bonus if it involves endorphins or adrenaline. Totally my jam.” Reid flashes me that sexy half-smile, taking the hem of his shirt in a hand and dragging it up to wipe sweat from his brow. My eyes immediately fall to his well-defined ab muscles and that tantalizing v-shape of his Adonis belt. It does something to me, twisting up my insides, making my core throb with need.

Adrian might be one of the best Alpha's there is but trust me, he wouldn't see Tee coming nor act fast enough to thwart her from obliterating him because she is that good a predator. Santiago included, he's by the staircase, his interest peeked on his phone. He nearly misses us when he looks up from his phone, his gaze roaming the room. “My God, you're here.” he exclaims, when his eyes finally discern us. “Adrian is going crazy trying to find you two, we've been at it for three hours.” he adds, his hand reaching into his pocket to set his phone.

With his domeneering and cold face ,Adrian walks to the podium Infront the stage . " Well , I actually don't like to talk much especially giving a speech . Adrian eyes looking gently at the young woman who smiles at him .

She adds. That earns a few laughs, mostly from Tianya and Kylynn. I can hear soft giggling from my side, so I know my little sprite also finds this funny. A man about my height sits down beside her as Alayni rolls her eyes. I recognize him as Travis Halestrum. His family owns numerous hotels and restaurants all over the world. We have wanted to meet with him for a few years now. I see the exact moment when he notices Tianya and Kylynn.

“This is Jasper Denis. My most skilled warrior. He will show you around the pack today.” “Okay,” I muttered when he gestured to Jasper to leave us alone. Once the door was closed behind us, Beta Rodriguez got up from his place and walked towards me. “Call me Andres when we are not alone,” he said, and I nodded my head. I thought he would walk back to his place, but he surprised me as he lightly traced my cheek while I stood as still as a statue. Various emotions swirled in his eyes when he quickly pulled back and turned around.

CASSANDRA POV 1 YEAR LATER. "Why can't you send someone else?" I questioned my boss Mateo holding the phone up my ear. "Because you're the best assassin we have to kill this motherfucker, who has been causing trouble for us," Mateo said. "I don't give a fuck how you kill him, seduce him, shoot him in the dick, do what you have to get him" "Fine, so what's the guy's name, and what does he look like," I asked.
